I'm working in Leeds for a few weeks and I'm wanting to try both clubs, but which one 1st.
It will be a week day not a weekend. I've looked at their websites and read reviews.

Both have a good vibe.
Depending on what your preference is, there are different nights for different preferences.
Pandora's is really big so events there are worth going to because it looks less empty.
Quest is great on Sundays and has a really nice sauna and jacuzzi.
Music is great at both.
Both have seperate ladies changing rooms.
If your kinkier there are many rooms at Pandora's which I am sure will excite you.
