Hey. In Devon.

Never been to a club/party. What do people wear when they turn up?

Do you "dress down" as soon as you enter or does that come later?

From reading posts it seems not everyone plays when at a party /club - is that what happens most of the time?

Just newbies with an interest. Helpful feedback appreciated.

Will try and answer your questions OP

Bit tricky and may help if you mentioned where you had in mind here in Devon?

Dress code is dependent on the venue and theme/night requirements and type of club generally anywhere here in blighty.

Some clubs are more like a sauna/spa and you generally would get into a towel as nothing else is practical where as others are more party/club and you can get your glad rags on and dress up usually with the option to dress down in the latter half of the the evening if you are feeling it.

Play is always and should be optional no matter what

Everyone is different and maybe feeling in a different mood on the night or in the given crowd.

Some will socialise, network and others may choose to do more.
