Club is amazing! Will add a review when you get it up guys! Huge jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, lounge and play rooms that all have a shower and cleverly placed mirrors

great to have a good clean club for couples only in Leeds! Can't wait for opening night on jan 12th xxxx

We have spoken to the owners who told is there will be a mixed night, although it will be aimed mainly towards couples. Quite a lot of clubs do Saturday Night couples only and other nights mixed, I do not think a club could survive on couples only. No matter what they decide it is great to see a new club opening in Yorkshire.

Hi just to answer a few questions.There will probably be a greedy girls type night. But the club will be mainly aimed at couples and single lady's. Hopefully we will be on the club listings very soon and web site will be on the there. Our opening night is January 12th. And we are in north east Leeds. We have a huge jaccuzi sauna and steam room. We won't see ourself in direct competition with isis which is a nice club run by lovely people but hopefully our opening will enhance the Leeds and west yorkshire scene. This will be a swingers club run by swingers for swingers. thank you for all your interest and messages of support it has put a smile on our face xx

with the greatest of respects not all single blokes are or like the greedy girl atmosphere.... and that is the mistake a lot of couples make....

shame you are looking at enhancing it for some but not for all...

To be fair it is a labour of love for us. Were not going to make a lot of money from this so want something special we ourselves will enjoy. We also feel in Leeds anyway that if you are a couple who like single guys or a single guy you are well catered for at isis. Not much point and it would be unfair just to work on the same model of a club a couple of mile down the road. Especially as they have worked so hard to get where they are...

As a Isis regular i think its great that your not aiming to take away from them,i for one will be happy to go to your club for that reason. I wish you all the success in the world and hope both clubs can cater for all needs in ther own ways. xxx

we agree with Jacci to a certain degree, we do enjoy the jacuzzi and this was the only thing missing from Isis for us. Unfortunately, we mainly play with singles, so we probably wouldnt be visiting your club as regularly as we would like.

However, it is great that there is another club in the Leeds area, and we wish you every success with your venture.

Actually there is another club in Armley, although for some reason their names gets blocked on here as spam. So Leeds is getting quite popular.

Just read on website hours 10 - 8pm, for people with kids already a "no go", and thought it was for couples and girls only, but prices are for singles so that surely incl. men?

Wonder if it is the same or am I getting it all wrong again ?

is this the same spartan sauna that used to be a brothel, and was firebombed six years ago?

The shower facilities in the playrooms, leads us to believe it is.

Unfortunately,the hours wouldnt suit us either. but wish you good luck with this.

What's the opening times? Last time we checked on website, it was 8pm close or did we get it totally wrong?... Would love to hear back about it was it is a drag to drive across to Manchester everytime and would be nice to have a club with jacuzzi and stuff in Leeds

Just visited the website and it looks like a sauna / play area that can be used during the day from 10am till 8pm. Looks very nice and clean from the photos. Not sure its like a regular club though, get the impression that you would organise something yourself with friends and use it as a location to play during the day perhaps?

Not really a club as such where you can turn up and see who's about

hi guys sorry in delay getting back to people as we have been on a short christmas break, the web site will be updated in the next 24 hours, but just to clarify.....the spartan has been used as a massage parlour in the past and as a gay sauna more recently, from friday the 11th january we will be opening fridays and saturday nights for couples/single girls, the premises have had a major refurb and are spotless and luxurious as we can get for a smaller size venue, daytimes from 10 am till 7 pm the premises are open (as advertised on web site) for couples or single swingers as a meeting place, havent read the revue section yet but would like to emphasise we dont really see our selves trying to compete with anyone...we are swingers ourselves and just thought the local scene was lacking somthing....please feel welcome in the run up to our couples only nights to pop in and have a look around see if its for you, there is no membership fee, and the entrance fee will be £25 a couple with a small returnable deposit for locker keys, any questions please mail us or phone the number on web site, thank you xx

ps we are looking into a single and couples (week)night, more info coming soon...

Good luck with it guys, we hope it works for you. We have seen quite a few threads where people want couples only clubs so it will be interesting to see if it can work. Our preference is mixed nights so unfortunately we will not be visiting, if you do ever do a mixed night on a weekend we will defiantly give it a go. Most clubs that do couples only nights seem to do them on a Saturday so maybe if you did yours on a Friday you may do well with the couples and try a Saturday as a mixed. At the end of the day your business and so it's your decision. Good luck guys

It is a shame that people have felt the need to criticise Isis in their review. Especially when Isis regulars have no comeback.

Attempts to offer a balanced opinion have been removed by admin. Most unfair.

We are still quite new so don't really understand the history. What possibly motivates people to be so malicious? Wouldn't it be great if everyone would just live and let live? Enjoy their own fun and leave other people to enjoy theirs?

We have enjoyed Isis every time we have been. And we agree with you that the lack of advertising on FS site has done them no damage at all. I just feel sorry for the ones who believe the hatred and are missing out on a great little club.

well as Isis Quest has been around for more than 10 years and continues to go from strength to strength, and this "spa" shall we call it, hasnt even opened yet,lets just see in a years time how the land lies.

Its funny how certain couples slag off clubs just because it doesnt suit them, no one drags you in off the street to go, there are other clubs around the country that im sure would suit your needs.

We go to Isis regularly, but we also enjoy other clubs, variety is the spice of life after all.

I have been going to isis since it opened its a true genuine club with great owners and people who go.

This new club is not really a club it's a spa that is being used for the odd weekend there is no risk involved as the spa will remain in operation.

Don't be slagging isis off as its 2 different breeds as the spartan in my opinion cannot compete for a start no single men where do they get that from many couples like singles so therefore they must be cutting the amount of couples who want to attend.

Never been to Isis, and won't be going to Spartan (sgl male) but am not sure if the "target audience" will be regular enough to make it viable.

Single males are the "bread and butter" of a clubs existence financially with couples being the "Jam" on top. Ask any club owner in the country what would happen if they created a venue that was couples only 100% of the time and they will all tell you the same........they would close.

Time will tell.

6 months max is my guess.

hi guys again thanks for your comments, and again we would like to clarify we do not see ourselves as rivals to isis, nor do we condone any bad remarks which may be posted about isis when relating to ourselves, dave and jo have done a wonderfull job there and have been going for years...im sure they are not threatened by us in the same way we are not overawed by them.... to be honest they have probably forgot more than we actually know about running a club of this nature...however we do know what we like and how we would like our club to be run, and in answer to yorvic43 and caligula96 we really dont care about competing, or making the club viable, or as was said single men been the bread and butter, (which to be honest is not true without single men swinging would continue, without couples, ladies it would probably perish) the management behind this club are a financially secure couple, who are genuine swingers, we (us)dont really care if we make or lose money, it will just be nice to have the sort of club we ourselves would like to go to, having said that we do want this club to be here for the long term and at the moment are still looking at a mixed night, but again dont want to tread on our neighbours (isis) toes, anyway opening night this friday 8pm till late, hope to see some fun and frisky couples there

I think you may be missing our point not all swinging revolves around couples and single women either,some couples and singles do like meeting single guys.

We merely make the point that clubs do rely on both the financial and ratio of couples and singles and tvs and transsexuals now how do we stand on the latter are they barred too.

Perhaps a system of a limited number of single guys would work.

thank you for that yorvic, and every thing is up for discussion, its just weekends we will be couples only party nights, the spa is actually open all week from 10 till 8 and anyone is welcome, to use the facilities, chill out, or as a meeting place, be that gay straight, acdc, tv, dvd etc lol its still a work in progress tbh and we are looking to bring some exciting nights which will cater for everyone very soon..

This club is bringing to the Leeds area what we don't have at present, cpl and fem night's, which is what we play with. At present if we want to play the nearest club that caters this is la chambre in sheffield.
