I am in London on Wednesday of next week and thinking of calling in. Not been to the new premises, but went to the old venue a few times.

How busy are Wednesday daytimes/evenings?

I have been on a Wednesday day time and if you are looking to chill is great but if you are looking for something else is very unlikely you will find it

Weekdays day time is really quiet there

Look to chill and anything else is a bonus. What are Wednesday evenings like? Assuming I can stay through day into evening

I honestly can not tell you as not been there in a Wednesday evening
