We only started in the scene at the start of this year and we love it. Our first time was VA and within minutes of arriving we were chatting to about 8 couples. Everyone is so lovely.
It's all about fun and just taking things at your own pace
Look forward to seeing you there, not that anyone will recogbise anyone with their costumes  |

Halloween at The Vanilla Alternative, together with Valentine, Festival of Fun and New Year's Eve, is one of those events that many previous visitors make a special effort to attend. It's always very busy and many go to great lengths with make-up and fancy dress although neither stay on for too long and as always, dressing up is entirely optional. |

We had a very personal delivery from a trusted friend for the last part of our costumes earlier today...

Tickets purchased and hotel sorted, excited to get back to the VA! We are certainly due for a good party…(Ha whether life will slow down enough between now and then to figure a decent costume…hmm…could be a ghost under a bedsheet at this rate!!)

At least it runs til 4.30. The normal 2.30 is too early as you are generally just getting into the "swing" of it then have to go.
