hi jenny i have been to a few clubs in you area there is one in essex but its a spar not night club feel but the one in dartford in kent just outside of essex is called eurekas you would like that one as its so friendly and had anight club fell to it no one is pressured to play and i no you would have a good time go to clubs scan down for eurekas  |

yeah ive done eureakas already. I didnt think much of it at all, yes everyone was friendly and there was no pressure. But i was hoping for something more club like, rather than disco.. |

I recently went to Hell fire club in Sunbury, M3 London.
It was on a Tgirl night so not sure how it is on a swingers night, but it is a very nice club, well thought out and plenty of different places to play |

Definitely recommend VA, Liberties and Abbfabs but none of those are in Essex! All quite a journey from there, closest is Abbfabs near heathrow.
Did hear about club lick is that still going that was in Essex but we never got there. Maybe shut now....
Not keen on Eureka's either. Heard good things about pleasures in Maidstone but again not in Essex.

I know you have said you are looking for one in Essex, but as you are in Harlow the one to go for tbh is Vanilla Alternative. It's up the A1/M11 from you and is about the same distance north as the ones in Essex are to the east. Much easier drive, I would have thought...

This is the best advice as I wouldn't touch any of the few Essex clubs with a very large barge pole. We aren't far from you and we dget to VA in 45 mins |

Thank you all for your help, really wanted to get along to a few in essex and see what we would be up against, hearing there is none is good news to us. lol, Think i may still give hell fire ago as it sounds fun, i have heard of the one in claton, not good reports though.. a house turned into a den, with a Jacuzzi in a shed isnt it??? |

As others have said, the style and type of club that your looking for, isn't really in Essex any more. There is a venue in Romford, which was called Baloo's, is now run by someone else, and is used by different Swingers and BDSM groups on different weekends on a hire basis. The venue is okay but probably not quite what your looking for. All the best clubs outside of this area, have already been mentioned in posts above - we would recommend you try Liberty Elite or V.A though the best club for dancing that we have found is Atlantis in Stoke on Trent, it also has a crowd closer to your age group and there is a local swingers B and B nearby you can stay at as well. (its listed in the clubs section)
If your planning on running your own nights, as another post here suggests then we strongly suggest you go and visit at least half a dozen of the best clubs to get an idea of what else is out there and how they do things. In addition to those above we would recommend you drop by Xtasia in West Brom, Ourplace4fun in London. But remember the party market is very saturated already. |

Whilst it would be great for Essex to have a clubby type erotic/swing club is there really a market for you?
Ongar is difficult to get too compared to central London, which is so accessible especially at night by public transport.
Field of Dreams... If you build it they "may" come.
VA, Libs, Atlantis etc are very well established, although do mainly pull an older 40's + crowd (least they did the last times we have been to them).
35 South, by the F Club was a good night for the young "clubby" couples, looking for young "clubby" couples - now that that has gone.. there is a place for something else - we struggle to find decent young person attended "clubby" clubs.

club shoosh was in clacton (in a pub)but the landlord pulled the plug ( he wasn't a swinger)
club indulgence is a small bugalow on canvey island with two bedrooms and a jucuzzi a in a shed outside

Radlett parties are great, as long as you break into the clique, I went once and all I got was filthy looks from fems who moved closer to their hubbies everytime I walked past and no one spoke to me, bar the hostest when she demanded money.
But other people really rate them! |
