Saturday nights are often very quiet there. The couples only thing is an attempt to boost the numbers attending but attracting those put off by single guys. There are threads in the Wales forum that suggest that it hasn't really had much affect. |

i think they are trying a couples only night to see if they will attract more customer if theres a night with no single guys
most clubs have couples only nights they're not doing anythink other clubs arnt |

If its couples only now on sat then that would no doubt make us think twice about going.
We prefer a mix of couples and singles.
To be honest with you our last couple of visits there have been rather quiet anyway. |

I spoke with someone (who shall remain anonymous) who attended as a couple last night... they said it was quiet last night, and the club was full of slim, uninterested couples who barely gave them the time of day - some polite playing etc.
Shame as I know them to be a fun couple and her on her own she is a total minx.
I haven't been to any clubs (as a "single" male I find it diffucult to attend) so cannot speak to this personally, although I would like to attend a club at some point - but having heard the reception they received, I am loathe to put myself in the firing line.

are you implying that being slim makes you uninteresting? .... im size 18-20 and play with people of all sizes.. 
its just an odd remark when the couples were all different in sizes |

No being slim does not.make you uninteresting nor does being curvier imho. i was making the point that the.place was full of alimmer couples who seemed uninterested in the (larger) couple whom i mentioned was all.
