I'm looking at attending the Vanilla Alternative extra camping weekend at the end of the month, with three events running over the weekend. Is anyone else thinking of going? It's been such a long time since I've been able to get to a bi night and the sound of the reggae on the Sunday just looks amazing too.
Hopefully it will be sunshine and a perfect atmosphere. |

Yes I'm thinking of going too. I was at the festival a few weeks ago as a single girl. But I have to admit it wasn't all that easy in places being by my self.
It would be a better experience to be able pitch up with another girl?

We will be there for the Friday and Saturday night, but staying in one of the bedrooms. Sounds like it will be a great weekend. Looking forward to meeting everyone for drinks, dancing and lots of fun. Xx

It’s wonderful. I gathering of beautiful people who just seep happiness from their very souls. They have everything from sensory escapes for those who find they can get overloaded to a queer venue, to freedom friday where you just be whoever you want to be, to a punk folk stage to old skool house.

I just saw on their discord that they are opening from noon Sunday and carrying it through to bank holiday Sunday night, as an extra club night. People can stay from lux lounge or come along Sunday night. |

I'm going to bring a camping cooker, some easy to cook food and some pot noodle type food.
If there's food to buy, I'll have some, and they are close to a few take aways and McDonald's, so we can get a Uber eats/ deliveroo or pick up something locally. |

We arent camping just there for the day but we are fairly local so.know there are options to get something....just don't want to get dressed to be in public |

Early afternoon fingers crossed for me, it depends when I get everything done and then a quick pop to the supermarket.
