Well you should draw on a sizeable catchment area of best part of half dozen counties which have little or no clubs at all. So it really depends how local councils view it. Salisbury could be a bit wary after there previous experience with a club a few years ago.

Many have tried… many have failed.

You need to have an understanding of how a swingers club works, not just think with your own cock and hope people will want to attend
