So me and a friend will be attending Within Temptations in Torquay soon but does anyone have a recommendation for a suitable (swinger friendly) Hotel?

I stayed at the Torquay Hotel. Walking distance and v. reasonable

Definitely prefer Steamers. The Heritage is an excellent hotel.
