So I’m considering going to clubs but honestly I’m a bit hesitant about going to the local ones due to seeing people I know. Do people tend to go to their local clubs or travel to different cities? |

Some stay local
Some travel x time/distance
Some go up and down the county and make a night/weekend of it
Some stay loyal
Some want to experience new places/faces.

I have never been to any local.. I travel out of London to go to clubs and have found some amazing places. I'm not to concerned about seeing people. Just like to explore x

We travel to Glasgow to a club, not because of an issue with locality but because its the one we prefer. However, after8 in Edinburgh is moving to new premises which are meant to be very spacious so will give that a try once it's open.
There is a club in Dundee but it sounds quite small and there were a lot of red flags in the beginning so we've been wary of going. The local clientele wouldn't bother us as we'd be there for the same reasons, just a polite nod or chat to get over the awkwardness and then move on, not a word said about it. |

What is it about seeing people you may know at the local clubs you're worried about? |
