Parties are generally more open invite, whereas clubs will have strict admission rules etc. It's not to say that a club won't have a private or party function, that may or may not need membership - some do this, but that many of us have private parties, where we choose who comes along.
If you want to meet others for group play etc, then you can either promote your desire or look out in the forums for others looking for attendees. As you realise, it can be a touch harder to single guys, but it is also possible for you to find something like a greedy girls event, where a number of single guys may go along.
I'd encourage you to go to some clubs, if possible, as you'll be able to meet others, socially and become friendly as well as potentially get play there or elsewhere afterwards.
Some clubs have days where no membership is required, but this all depends on where you are. Costs can be high, if you're not going to be a regular attendee at a club, so weigh this all up before joining. Also, you may not be guaranteed instant or any membership at all, so another risk.
If you are patient, have tenacity and are good to get along with, then you should find that you are able to chat to others, become socially involved, and you will get back commensurate with your investment, more so than if someone does little.

Thank you very much. And as you say yes it is hard searching and trying to get invold as u say cos im single but i will bide my time and keep a look out for the things youve suggested. Thanks again |
