London Club Advice For First Timers

Just looking for advice on a good club for first timers in London on Saturday nights. We've dipped our toes at a spa but this will be our first time at a club. Thanks

Be relaxed and don't be pressurised into anything by anyone, if need be have a drink or 2 before arriving, and dress for yourselves in whatever you feel comfortable in. On top of everything, enjoy!!

Don't know about London clubs but if they're anything like ours (Manchester) then just go & enjoy the atmosphere and next day you'll wonder what you were so nervous about & what you'll want to do next time.

Only downside we find is that you can't tell anybody what an amazing fun weekend you've just had

London itself isn’t great for clubs to be honest. Not that there aren’t any good ones but for the size of the city not a lot. Quite a few dotted around just outside the m25 though.

In London we have two members only clubs Le Boudoir in the Aldgate area & OP4F in the Alexandra Palace , Wood Green area that you will need to apply and wait for your membership to be accepted.Both have lots of fabulous reviews on Fabs club reviews page.I am a member of OP4F and can recommend as a small clean cozy tidy club with respectful staff.Not on Fabs club reviews AbFabs is in the Heathrow area again you will need to apply for membership but not as strict as Le Boudoir or OP4F in that once you have applied online when you turn up with your identification membership is accepted but check the website just in case it has changed.

My first club was Abfabs and so was a couple of friends of mine.

Its a really friendly place, they have the pool and jacuzis down stairs and the bar, lounge, dance floor, cinema and more upstairs.

I think it's great for a first time as you can relax in the lounge area and just watch other people and chat until you feel like you might want to try something else.
