Unfortunately there's nothing in West Sussex as far as I know.
BGHS in Brighton or Kestrel/Abfabs in Heathrow are the 2 I visit.
Bghs has more in the way of spa facilities but is more of a spa than a club.
Kestrel has a much bigger pool but no sauna and the steam room isn't great. More of a swingers vibe than bghs on my opinion.
