As many of my attackers already know, I am currently involved in opening a new Adult Members Only Club in Norwich.
A fellow club owner has advised me to only employ 'out of area' staff.
What qualities should i be looking for ?
Should staff be banned for forming relationships with members ?
I'm interested in forum members _iews and experiences of employment in a members only club.
Also have forum members personal recomendations to staff they have dealt with in other venues. |

previous experience of dealing with people under the influence of alcohol
discretion is of paramount importance, the things you hear at the bar of a swingers club beggars belief... especially if one partner is away playing and the other may be chatting to single females/males or partners within couples.

and good observation skills for drug usage, the police may not be able to come into a members club as easily as others, but if they suspect drugs are present... it makes it easier |

hi there
what does it matter if you employ people who live in the area or out as long as there hardworking, friendly and team players
i worked in a swingers club 3 to 4 miles away from my house and with me being a swinger helped the people coming into the swingers club
how can you stop your staff having sex with people who come into the club as long as there not working it has nothing to do with the club owner as long as everyone as fun
you deff need friendly person who runs your club
good luck |

have to disagree "how can you stop your staff having sex with people who come into the club as long as there not working it has nothing to do with the club owner as long as everyone as fun "
If you do not exercise restraint with this youll end up with losing a customer or losing staff or worse ,
ending up with a confrontation in the club.
If a relationship forms in a such a situation ,and goes bad, its usually the staff member who will not return , lay the rules down its up to the operator not whats generally assumed to be right or wrong ethically
Upperclass escorts for example have strict rules about meeting clients outside of bookings ,youre intended staff have a choice its take the position adhere to the rules or look elsewhere for employ "simples" |

As a club owner, I have found the best bar staff have been family (shock, horror, yes) & fellow swingers. We have a comittee of several people who we use to staff the bar. They are great workers as they know the other customers. If they play it is up to them when the bar is closed. Works for us but same applies as with any staff, customers and their satisfaction come first xx |
