Abfabs/Kestels first time visit in July

Hi all, have been to a fair few club nights locally but given I've got an event in London one Saturday in July, was considering the famous abfabs/kestrels based on all the positive comments on here.
My question is do I come up the night before for the Friday event, or stay the day after for the Sunday daytime. Or is it worth both?!
Like other places, is daytime real pot luck or is there a good mix of people or regulars who go on a sunday?
I know it seems miles away but any thoughts and advice from you wonderful people will be gratefully received  |

Friday night is my favourite- party night with single males! ( you’d have to book on the Monday when they release single guy tickets) Saturday is now closed during the day - evening is couples and single girls only. Sundays are a fabulously chilled and sexy day! Very well attended and I’d go every week if I didn’t have other commitments. |

Thank you. Have to say I do generally enjoy an evening club night as I'm a night owl by nature but good to know everyone's so positive about Sundays. Just need to think logistics as sadly my event on the saturday is bang in central London which doesn't help matters. I'll find a way though and maybe I'll be lucky enough to bump into you the time I go (I'll post on the forum) |

You're local to me! Really good to get your perspective on it. Do you drive up? I was toying with booking the premier inn next door (for ease) and leaving my car there. Do you go up and down just on a sunday/daytime and find that easy? |

I just wanted to say thank you to all the responses I received.
I've booked my hotel on the Saturday night (Hackney if anyone wants a pre-play) but am going to go on Sunday 10th July if anyone wants to say hello.

Amazingly,the time is finally upon us. Am heading there this Sunday. Am going with no expectations, going to use the opportunity to get my kit off and relax and if I happen to meet some lovely people then all the better!

You’ll be fine,just chill with it and enjoy yourself x
Remember 2 forms of id and fill in application online beforehand and bring flip flops with u.

Thanks everyone, popped my Kestrels cherry today and definitely will be heading back. Lovely big place and the sights and action today were a dream for a voyeur like me.
Really friendly staff and people made me feel really welcome and hopefully next time I go I won't have such a horrific t-shirt tan! |
