Xtasia is a great club, we've always had a good time. Although I'm not quite sure how much of the club is open on a week night or if its just the bar and cinema (We've only ever been on a weekend).
Another alternative (and possibly technically closer by a small bit) would be Amigos Leicester. They don't open on Tuesday but do open Wednesday 12pm - midnight. Its a small but freindly club. What may be really advantageous if your just passing through is membership is free. You may not want to pay a membership fee if your only in the area once or twice. Entry is £15 single guys and couples (lone ladies free), soft drinks are reasonable (tea/standard coffee 50p for example) and bring your own alcohol. But it is wise to send them an email prior to your visit to set up your free membership.
