Spa Facilities (where you can add in fun!)

So we love going to a naturist Spa - but the heat, bubbles & company always makes us frisky!
We love BGHS, with its amazing spa facilities downstairs & fun rooms upstairs, but it’s a bit of a trek for us from beds/cambs for the day & so requires more organising (evenings/weekend days better).
Like clubs, but I think we’re there more for heat/bubbles primarily & playing secondary (maybe 70:30 or 60:40 depending on mood!)- so a club sometimes feels the opposite (playing with a little heat/bubbles added in).
Any recommendations for a fun naked sauna/steam/jacuzzi for us?

Ps- have seen Kestrels advert which sounds like it might match quite well (& Libs possibly if we include clubs with spa facilities!). |

I was recommended Rios by a lovely lady I met in VAs. I've never been but looking at their site it appears it'll be reopening later this year. Not sure if anyone can verify this?

Rio’s is open.. was there a few weeks ago.
It’s ok as a venue, it’s clean, several jacuzzis, saunas etc..
Like many places it’s very male heavy, I generally go with a friend and she gets a lot of attention.

I'd much rather go to Kestrels than Rio's. They can both be very male-heavy, but at least in Kestrels, anyone in the club has to be members. In Rio's, anyone can come in. Also, play rooms in Rio's are smaller than in Kestrels. |

Thanks - interested in thoughts on Kestels. Doesn’t look to be sauna or steam? Is it warm & what’s the mix of people like? (I.e. many head to the relax room or do most people chill out around the pool? |

Because you don't have to book to get in, it's always difficult to tell what the ratio of men to couples/ladies is going to be. Always expect more men though. I have been to Kestrels a few times, most men are respectful of boundaries but like anywhere where there is a potential to at least see people having sex, there would always be some who'd try their luck. No issues last time I went, but I always go with a male friend.
As far as I'm aware, there is a sauna, near the showers, but don't think I've ever seen it on.
You have a choice of private, lockable playrooms, some with a one-way window so you can be seen from outside but you can't see people standing outside; then there is a four poster bed in the social area that made good use of last Thursday . There is also a bed and some sofas near the pool, in case you decide to have some fun there. |

Not sure of the distance for you but chameleons has a sauna, steam room and two large Jacuzzis. Yes it's a swingers club but never any need to play if you don't want to and it has a great atmosphere. Oh, and when it's warmer there's a sun deck too. |

Thanks all - have realised we can probably get to Rio’s, kestrels AND Chameleons pretty much within roughly an hour and a half.
We’ve been to BGHS during the day & leading into couples evenings & loved both. If you had that pick - which one would you recommend?
(Note - we like HEAT!)
May try each one for a Saturday or Sunday afternoon/evening!

With regards to Rios & Kestrels it maybe worth noting that Kestrels opening hours are 1100 am to 6.00 pm and depending what day you go it either closes or becomes AbFabs from 6.00 pm so you may need two lots of memberships perhaps someone else on this thread can advise on this.Rios is currently 12.00 to midnight I believe.The reason I mentioned the opening times is I am sure you don’t want to spend a hour and a half travel and then maybe have to leave early because they are closing |

On a Monday and Wednesday, anyone who has attended Kestrel during the day can stay for the AbFab evening party with no further charge, and with only Kestrel membership. If you arrive after 6pm, when AbFab takes over for the party, you will need AbFab membership. |

Jaydees have a daytime event starting in a couple of weeks. We have hottub facilities and a sauna
It's very Thursday daytime and I think there are some Thursday evenings on the calendar too .. and a shot distance from Cambs.

Rio’s is quite rubbish…. The facilities are dated, play rooms are very minimal and small.
Plus the clientele do not have much when it comes to manners. Expect lots of desperate men that struggle to speak with respect to any single women…… if you’re totally lacking in self respect then you’ll possibly love it but I would recommend proceeding with caution if visiting there. |

I can recommend Chams, facilities are clean, spacious and you have option of locked room, open areas, gated areas etc and also a huge mixed couple only area, so you can play near to others
Also hot tubs, steam room and sauna. All large and again able to play.

How is it rude?
Most of the men that attend Rio’s are very entitled and lacking in the social skills to be able to converse with women.
If you like to be objectified and ogled by cheap men looking for a easy fuck then to Rio’s…. The facilities are equally as shocking as the behavior of the people it appeals to. |

Unfortunately, I have to agree with this poster. The two times I've been to Rio's, despite going on couples night, I felt like I'm at the meat market (with me being the meat) and like I should be letting anyone and everyone play with me.
I'd much rather go to clubs where I at least have the impression of being respected, and not just a set of holes to be filled. |

I would say try Chameleons. It's dress down (naked or towel if fine) and has hottubs, a steam room and sauna (if you can find the saunas secret location). Also a nice sun deck to be naked on and/or play where the weather is nice. Plus it's also a swingers club and open daytime till night every day apart from Tuesdays.
Or we enjoyed Silverleigh Spa. It's naturist but it seems about 80% of the guests are swingers. There is no open play allowed but it is allowed behind the closed doors of in the "relaxation" rooms or in your own room if your staying over. And like I said a fair few of the people their are also swingers.

Oh that's a shame and sorry to hear you went through that. Sounds like couples' night has gone downhill from when I used to go pre-pandemic.
It was the one time I could go to Rios and actually feel like I could relax and not get irritated by observing (and very occasionally be on the receiving end of) crappy behaviour by self-entitled pr.cks who have no/limited understanding (or just don't care) of how to behave interact with women. I was really looking forward to hopefully going there on a Sat night again as it's the closest place like this to me. Oh well. Sigh. |
