I'm toying with the idea of going to a club tonight. It'll be my first time and probably I'll be going on my own.

Any recommendations for a newbie ?

Have you checked which clubs allow single men on a Saturday and if you need to become a member in advance ?

Ah I see I didn't realise it works like that. So you definitely need to be coupled up to generally gain entrance?

Not during the week but on Saturday night a lot of clubs are couples and single ladies only. Best to check before having a wasted journey.
