Depends what you want tbh.
I like Friday evening as it's usually pretty busy, but you can also go day times throughout the week for quite more chilled days, Monday bi nights, etc...
But you would need to be a member first, so probably not worth just rocking up and expecting to get in on the day, you definitely need to call them first.
