What to wear to a club?

Hey Fab! I am Looking to explore the club scene, I know the more fetish events have a strict dresscode depending on the type of event but for a swingers/adult party what do you guys usually go for?

For just a normal club night, I tend to go in what I'd go out to a bar in, dress down is boxers or what ever your comfy in

Most clubs I've been to, it doesn't really matter as your clothes will be in a locker and you'll be wearing nothing but a towel round your waist for the most part. As far as fetish clubs go, I've never really managed to find a look that suits me... A few years ago I was kinda tubby and so most of the outfits would have looked silly. Now I'm a bit more normal sized I'd be up for giving it a go but still I feel like I need some third party advice for a look that works.

Look at the clubs website and see what their dress code is. Some are dress down (shorts/towel), some are smart casual. Just be sure you've checked it out before going.

My old minimum was a shirt, smart jeans (ie not light blue or ripped) and shoes. T shirt and trainers were a big no.

It depends what sort of club it is. Wet clubs, boxers and a towel. Nightclub style clubs, wear what you would wear to a smart wine bar. Make an effort to be well groomed and smell nice wherever you go.
