Have you set massage filters?
To set age message filters (on phone app):
Click account on top Menu Bar.
Click Massage Filters Button.
First Line in settings will say something like "you are looking for age 30-60, you can block those who are not 30-60"
Click the blue writing that says "you can block those who are not..."
Job done.
