There will be a convoy to take you down the A5, just tell them that you are going to Libs and they will get you to follow them down to the car park- this has been done before.
If you are planning on getting there before 8 you should miss it before they block the road off |

When the road gets closed they put cones across with a workman stopping traffic from going down. Tell them you are going to the hotel/ club and they will allow you through and can drive down the road to the club. A workman might drive down the road in front of you warn any workman working in the road |
