Posted this in Swingers chat but that group is super busy so might have more luck here.
So we are planning a short trip to Amsterdam in January and want to fly by as much as we can. Very tempted to visit the club Fata Morgana but might plan another trip to have the time to go there properly.
So thinking if we arrived on Friday and had a look round the Red Light district (because why not?) and would like to check out a sex shop. Does anyone have any suggestions for the best shop to visit? Bit of all sorts kind of thing?
We are also tempted by a cinema which look great in porn films but don’t know if we would likely be the only people there with a lady and get pounced on or if the “rules” are much like a swingers club? Would be great if we are not the only couple but not essential if what goes on in there is as respectful as most clubs.
Would it even be like the porn version or is getting busy actually frowned upon in there?
Other than that Friday would also have food/drink so any hints and tips on places to go would be great.
Want to do the normal tourist stuff on the Saturday so canal trip and have a mooch about followed by a night out in regular peoples clubs dancing till the early hours.
Coffee shop Sunday morning before heading home.
Any recommendations for any of the above or advice on what is or is not doable would be fantastic. All plans can be changed as this is actually a fairly rough plan for now.

I haven’t been to any of the cinemas or anything but recommendations are;
Do the coffee shop saturday - you don’t want to smell of at the airport
Excalibur bar on the RLD is a good place to grab a drink if you like rock music
Most sex shops are pretty similar - they have a very liberal view compared to UK so most of the wild stuff is on display in the shop windows anyway!
Have a great time |

Great info and thanks for that. Heard that some of the shops have booths with glory boles so that might be an option if the cinema doesn’t work out. |

Live sex show better than the cinemas. Don’t worry…. Totally mixed crowd and no perving at your good lady from the male clientele. Red light district walk is always worth a go. If you want Swinging Clubs closer the the centre than Fata Morgana try Sameplace and Club Paradise. The latter is a dress down club so make sure Mrs has her finest lingerie All the sex shops much of a muchness. Sex Museum worth a visit. Couple of decent pole dancing bars that are female friendly too. One dancer even exchanged numbers with Foxy and met us later on after her shift. |

Have a look in the peep shows , you get private cubicles , stripping and full sex , a board lets you know what’s coming on next , took my wife in cost a couple of euros pers slot , dead horny , would of allowed another guy or girl in with us , just enough room to have a bit of fun with three in cubicle , be careful taking pics in red light area |

We love Fun4two that is near Gouda (halfway between Amsterdam & Rotterdam).
Here are some vanilla ideas for Amsterdam:
Around the corner from Rijksmuseum and Van Gogh museum is PC Hooftstraat lined with designer shops.
At No 27 is the cafe De Posthoorn, and restaurant Sama Sebo (Indonesian)
A boat tour of the canals is essential (but a jump on jump off ticket), and there is a small restaurant chain called The Seafood Bar which is good.
Enjoy… |

It has been a decade since I visited B1 but I went a couple of times with my ex. On the occasions we went we were the only couple in there but umlike some of the other cinemas the men present were well behaved and seemed happy to play to our limits.
It is probably worth being aware that the B1 is not in the main Red Light District. It is about 1/2 mile further south on Reguliersbreestraat, near the Munt Tower and the flower market.

Another vanilla idea is also near the main museums is the Bols experience. It’s not just about gin (or genever as the Dutch call it) but a few different spirits and you can buy cocktails after your tour through the building. We enjoyed it a lot.
We found a lot of the shows quite mechanical and the peep show was both funny and seedy at the same time. The one we went to had a revolving stage in the middle of the booths and the light shined into them and you could see that many men were masturbating watching the show in the middle.
We loved going and the friendliness of the locals is very refreshing. Not sure we would go to a club if we went back, but we certainly wouldn’t rule it out. There’s just so much to do we not sure we could find time to get to one |

Yeah we found ourselves ruling things out early on as didn’t think there would be enough time to do everything. Was going to plan another trip for a club but thinking we can do a RDL walk and Club Paradise on Friday night, canal, flowers normal tourist stuff and possibly La Salon and a coffee shop on Saturday with a nightclub hopefully Saturday night. The Gin place sounds like a great shout on Sunday before heading home. Lol |

This might have to be put on hold if we are looking at more Covid restrictions but still very very keen to go. Might be a bit warmer if it gets delayed which could be a bonus. Lol |

We went a couple of years ago - did the RLD, a peep show and a couple of special cafes … the cake was interesting lol
The peep show in the afternoon was good fun, you can go in the cubicles together … we went to a live show in an afternoon too but the performers looked a bit fed up tbh lol. We visited a cinema and we were the only couple in there but they have rules. Big burly bouncers on the doors also - so rules are respected like clubs here
We got tickets to the Theatre Casa Rosso in the evening … it’s a live show … sexy and some fairly full on bits but also fun and light hearted. They do ask for audience participation too so beware lol … unless you fancy the idea of being asked to wear a strap-on hat and joining in with the performers
I hope covid doesn’t cock up your plans We’re hoping to go back next year and see it all with a new pair of eyes so to speak - we went before we discovered fab and clubs etc so I was reading your thread for tips too |

Thanks all, we are still hoping to go this coming January but ready to postpone if Covid rules kick in. So much to do there I think we will have to make a few trips. Lol.
I think this time we are aiming for RLD, Club Paradise, La Salon and a bit of the usual tourists stuff. Just need to find a Rave on the Saturday night for a different kind of bounce about. Lol.
We have Xtasia on the list of clubs to visit too for our UK plans. |
