It's coming to that time of year, when people are asking "what are you doing for NYE?"

Can't decide between a quiet one or a mad one to be honest!
We went to Xtasia for the last NYE pre-lockdown and had a good time, but dunno what to do this year! Feels like we've all earned a good blowout. |

We have a hotel booked in Leeds...so we will probably be at Quest...just not sure what theme they have planned for NYE  |

We're quite sure Jaydees welcomes single guys for their NYE celebration. But it's members only- you have to show your membership card to get a ticket. Still plenty of time to join. |

Unfortunately, they are in London, they charge all they want and still have people wanting to pay. But £150 for "selected single gentlemen", that's ridiculous! With "only" £110 per couple (those are prices for members). |

Can't think of a time of year when I would least want to go out on any night,regardless of the significance of the date.
Now, if I lived in Australia or New Zealand, I would doubtless be planning a naked midnight swim. |

Interesting. Perhaps because I don't have a TV and only watch (if that's how you can describe paying minimal attention and usually losing the plot at some stage) films and TV programmes at other people's homes, maybe that's why I have never got conditioned into thinking that New Year's Eve is much different from other winter nights.
Thus I am more than happy to go to bed as normal and leave others to stay up for hours doing whatever they do merely because in the evening the calendar says it is one year and after midnight it is the next year. Who cares? Not me!

Unfortunately, they are in London, they charge all they want and still have people wanting to pay. But £150 for "selected single gentlemen", that's ridiculous! With "only" £110 per couple (those are prices for members). "
Jaydees for us NYE …… even though Abfabs is 20 mins from us it is still cheaper for tickets and hotel for Jaydees |

Please remember tickets for NYE are only on sale at the club . You can't buy a tickets on new years eve and is members only so only a few more weeks to get your membership and tickets purchased

Club Play in Blackpool does if you fancy the drive up but be quick to get you’re ticket quickly their selling like hot cakes xx |

We might have gone to the Le Boudoir Nye which is 120 quid a ticket but all the hotels nearby are three hundred quid plus With train fares etc it is a costly night out. |

It is £10 cheaper if you book on the tills there and not online they are also holding the price for people who turn up on the day. We're doing AbFabs it looks like a good night and the "package" seems quite decent, a couple of free drinks, buffet from an excellent pub down the road, bit of breakfast for 2 people, not too bad really when you tot it all up. |

abfabs booked unfortunately it does look like events won't be happening. From 27th Dec rumoured pub's and clubs will be closed

Pandoras in Leeds is single males as well but you need to be a member and apply minimum 48 hours before x |

Cant decide between xtasia or Chams...we have 2 hotels booked incase the pendulum swings the other way. At the moment we are leaning towards Xtasia this year. Should clubs close due to restrictions we might invite some people around for a house party |

If clubs are allowed then we will definitely be at Quest. Especially since the don't price gouge. I know clubs need the support but £140 is beyond a joke and has made us want to never visit abfabs . |

That's what we like, positive thinking . We'll be there irrespective of what Boris says because we live there, lol.
Much time and money expended so far on party organisation and preparation so we're certainly hopeful that we'll be able to give everyone the NYE they're hoping for and deserve.

Absolutely! Everyone here will be double and triple jabbed and everyone will have to provide a completed negative lateral flow test on the day...probably the safest place you could possibly be apart from locked up in your own home |

Was meant to be up in Norfolk this weekend an New Year eve. But party was called off as the owners of the manor house. Had to return to France due to their lock down. |

"Absolutely! Everyone here will be double and triple jabbed and everyone will have to provide a completed negative lateral flow test on the day...probably the safest place you could possibly be apart from locked up in your own home "
Yep for sure Secrets will be 100 x Covid safer than any bar or pub. Attendees on entry are checked for minnim double vacs, LFT clear on night of visit and temperature check. Just got to wait and see what Boirs's Christmas speech brings. Fingers crossed, it's Secrets or nothing for us NYE

It's great to see some clubs are doing the right thing doing their best to keep us as safe as they can. That's why we chose Jaydees for their NYE party. Vaccine certify and we, like others, will be doing a LFT before we go. Fingers crossed they are allowed to open. Respect to all the clubs keeping us all safe, especially now |

We are hoping to go to pandoras but will be only our second time to a club. Not sure whether to go to quest again as I don't think there is a minimum on single men unless it has been changed ?? |

We've also just booked up for Secrets NYE It'll be our first time there - it sounds fabulous, and the owners are being fastidious about safety.

New rules say if you test negative on days 6 & 7 you can end isolation on day 7, so NYE might be OK for you both yet x |

Went for PCR this morning after the test was positive so just waiting on those results. Feel really rough but could be worse. App said we had to isolate for 11 days. |
