I do so long to attend another of these. Unfortunately, I can’t make the next one, and would want to book ahead to secure a room also … will look into the next one, and look forward to catching up with some gorgeous people xx

Pink flamingos, may I double check something as it's my first time - the website says single guys are meant to pre book through tattooed talent or email the VA website with our details to be verified. I applied for membership and paid for the tickets through the website. Is that sufficient?

After attending the male only party at the weekend and thoroughly enjoying it then this is something we would both be interested in visiting together. However we struggle to both get time away together unless it’s a Saturday or Sunday. We may see if one of us can pop down though.

Does any one know if the st Andrews cross and the glory holes have been found a new home yet? When I was last there what was the couples area was still a bit of a work in progress! |

It's such a great club, a nice sexy bar that happens to have some amazing fun rooms attached!
It is such a friendly crowd too, I am sure you guys would fit right in, and even if you only make it as far as the bar I am sure you will still have a great night. But if you do venture Futher a whole new world of fun awaits!

We are strongly tempted to go to this. Depends how much work takes it out of me today.
I have vague memories that you need to register for membership again? We were already ready members pre covid and emailed the website a couple days ago to ask. Not got a reply yet |

The party event says you don’t need to be a VA member to attend.
We’re going. Don’t care how knackered we are haha. Going to buy the tickets now to make sure I don’t bow out  |

So this is a massive bummer, booked tomorrow off work,VA, and a hotel a week in advance. VA is 3 hours drive away...but I'm on my last bar of petrol and everyone is panic buying petrol and I can't find any to make it there! ?? |

Because I have friends going? And I like people of all sexualities? I could see your issue if it was a gay night but seen as I tick the box to half of peoples fancy what is the problem? Would you have an issue with gay people? |

I really don't think single straight people should be going to a Bi night personally. Not in the spirit of things. But if you're polite and respectful I'm sure it'll be fine. |

A straight guy at a Bi night is like a straight woman or a man at a lesbian night . It doesn't hurt anyone if there's just one there but if multiple attend it kinda defeats the bloody point. Most events are heteronormative by default so having a Bi night is supposed to be an alternative for people who want Man on Man and Woman on Woman action, or some mix thereof. There's only usually one a month, straight people get all the other events.
It's kinda like super vanilla people going to a kink event. Why?
I also don't think straight cis people should be at Pride or in Gay bars either though. We've created our own spaces because society is so heteronormative by default.
You seem like a nice guy and I don't have anything against you personally, but if loads of straight single guys go to a Bi night it just defeats the point. |

Generally bi nights are tailored for bi males for safe open MM fun. Straight guys on such night don't really work and in our experience upset the dynamics. They aren't nights geared to single straight guys as *generally speaking* females there like bi M play else they wouldn't be there.
Having a straight guy joining in really ruins any group fun (unless they are liars and aren't actually straight). We've been in group fun before totally killed by a straight guy thinking the women were fair game and being anti MM fun.
Not sure how you tick half the boxes, the female half of us would turn right cold if you were straight on a bi night.
Gay guys or girls, no they work as generally bi nights are targeting same sex fun.
Maybe it'll work for you and wish you well for tonight, but sounds like the VA bi night is no longer a true bi night judging by this thread - be interesting to hear from friends we know going if the dynamics still work. |

I agree! It seems like FF fun is always fine in the swinging scene but MM is often not looked on kindly. So Bi nights are meant to be a safe space to let men play! and women to enjoy each other without it just being for the straight male gaze.... *snark*
I want to see the boys play together and if half or more of the men there are straight it kinda puts the kibosh on that! |

You all seem to be making the assumption that everyone going to the club is going to play? I been to clubs hundreds of times an played maybe a handful of times. It’s not why i go to clubs. |

Aha no we avoided the hot tub for that very reason. We were having fun in the couples room. |
