Want to go to a club and see and get a feel of what goes on.

What’s the best club I should try for this.

I'd say a local one, I've been many times as a couple and people are receptive to guys, my ex didn't mind attention, anyway I'm trying my luck this weekend as a single so I hope it's all going to be fine
