If you've never been before, they'll give you a tour and tell you everything you need to know. Don't be afraid to ask questions. And pay attention to the rules and etiquette.

The bar and smoking areas are friendly social places. The start of the evening is usually the social bit. Make the most of it.

You have to dress down for the upstairs play rooms after a certain time, so if you haven't brought your own dress-down clothes, get a towel. And a locker to leave phone/keys/etc in.

There's a range of play rooms, from completely private to big bed in the middle of an open room. And there's a proper dungeon too.

I haven't found it cliquey at all. It's a very friendly place.

Obviously a lot of the people there already know each other, and people like to chat with their friends. But new people with the right attitude, who make an effort, are welcomed.

Even if you don't smoke, I recommend the smoking area. It's smaller and quieter than the bar, and that helps get everyone involved in the conversation
