I just saw this, I hope that you have a quick recovery. Thinking of you, I hope it's not too painful xx |

Sorry to hear about your ankle! Wishing you a speedy recovery. Thank you for looking after us on our first visit in June, and we will be back on 1st September! |

"Can anyone recommend any local hotels/restaurants were going to make a day/evening of it"
There's a Travelodge just to the North on the Black Cat Roundabout. I've stayed there a few times after and evening at the VA. More upmarket is the Waterfront at Wyboston Lakes, which again is just north, a little past the roundabout and turn off into St Neots.
However, for excellent food, get a hotel in Bedford and go to Indiya, one of the very best Indian restaurants in a town with many many excellent ones!

Thanks
Booked the waterfront, just need a decent restaurant now, the hotel menu isn't the most exciting

" Hotel menus rarely are. There's bound to be done nice little places in St Neots. It's a lovely little town. There's a good pub on the bridge next to the river that probably does food, although tbf it's probably 20+ years since I went there! |
