How many have had covid since going to clubs ?

Hi, I was wondering if we'd be allowed to ask how many people have fallen ill with covid - even just with mild symptoms - since the 19th of July when clubs re-opened ? Obviously if anyone has fallen ill, it might be quite difficult to 'blame' the club or those attending.

So... have you been to a club recently, and have you since fallen ill ?
