I’ve a trip to London village in a few weeks and find myself at a loose end during the day on Friday (can’t check into my hotel until 4. So wanting a chilled and relaxing day I have a choice of either Silverleigh or Rios, which one would you recommend. The chilling and relaxing is the main priority
I would go to Kestrels, but it’s on the wrong side of the village to drive there (90 mins). So Rios means I dump the car in the hotel car park and jump the tube or Silverleigh I just drive (30 mins from hotel) |

I've been to both several times. Rios has never really won me over. Too busy, overrun with single males, lot of people in swimwear rather than naked.
Silverleigh much smaller, very dated, good place to chat & chill naked with others, and fun in the restrooms if other like minded attendees around. Small outdoor area for relaxing if weather allows. Much cheaper to attend as well.
People like clubs for different reasons & I'm sure plenty will prefer Rios, but I'd choose Silverleigh every time |

Silverleigh is generally a nicer place, but the spa facilities are very good at Rio's. I find the male:female ration a wee bit better at Silverleigh.
Bear in mind that Silverleigh is well outside London and not easy to get to. Rio's is really easy on public transport. |

Thanks, my decision may fall down simply to the weather on the day as if it’s raining then I’ll give Siverleigh a miss.
As for travel; I’m stopping out in Docklands and google is saying it’s a 30-45 min drive at rush hour. |

Silver Leigh is looking the most likely, but the weather may change that. As I posted I’m just looking to chill for an afternoon after a long drive and before I take part in an event |

Been to both in the past few weeks and was in Rios yesterday Rios have done some refurbishment and the spas and saunas are much better and more spacious but silverleighs does have a nicer pool there both nice and for me it just whichever one I’m closest too on the day
Biggest downside for Rios is you can only park for 2 hours or does anyone know of longer parking nearby |

We're at Silverleigh right now.
Bear in mind on a Friday after 7pm it's couples only. The venue opens at midday.
For an afternoon though, it is a fun place to relax (even if it's raining).
It has three small play rooms.
One of the best things has been the fun and friendly banter with others and with the staff here.
