My nudist friend wants to go on Saturday and potentially play with others. As it's couples night, he asked if I would go with him but I'm not a naturist, does that mean I can't go?

btw when I say I'm not a nudist, it means I don't feel comfortable walking around in public naked.

Check their website if it's clothing optional you should be fine

But if it's a naturist place it maybe towels only

Most don't walk around naked but have towels wrapped around themselves.

Definitely covered up when in the lounge area having your toastie and coffee!

You shed the towel when going in to the pools (obviously) and the steam rooms.

In the sauna I tend to sit on mine as the benches are hot.

Once in the 'relaxation' area, it is up to you.

As it probably says on their website, swimming costumes are not allowed, so you must be naked whilst using the facilities.

Towels must be worn in the lounge, but whilst walking between pool / sauna / jacuzzi / hot tubs etc, its up to you whether you wear a towel or not. Some do, some don't.

I went a couple of weeks ago, it’s running at 40% occupancy currently, so it wasn’t very busy, and it was really relaxed. You can keep your towel around you when you go between hot tub/pool etc, but you have to be naked otherwise.

I find it very liberating

I read the information on the website. It doesn't mention anything about adult rooms for playing. Have they changed Saturday nights activities recently? As when my friend used to go, he said people would perform sexual acts on a Saturday night there...I'm confused now.

if your going there for your friends benefit just go along with him and see how things pan out,as others have said you only have to get naked where appropriate.

The rest rooms are an enclosed area officially for relaxing in. BGHS is a naturist spa, not a swingers club. However due to the private nature of the rest rooms area, sexual activity can and does go on there any day or evening they are open. The staff don't go into that area while the spa is open.

The rest rooms aren't guaranteed, sometimes there's more going on than other times.

Just don't do anything outside of the rest rooms and that includes your friend, people get asked to leave if they don't follow the simple rules.

It really does sound like you don't want to go, and he's just using you to get around the "couples only" rule. I may be wrong. People go on couples only sessions because they don't want the wanking dead zombies, not necessarily saying that's what your friend will be but just getting that impression.

If you think that you'll enjoy it, give it a try because it is very relaxing and can be lots of fun upstairs.

Btw. There were two people there, when I went on couples night, I don’t know how they were found out, but they weren’t a couple so they were thrown out.

No I don't personally want to go to a naturist spa. But my friend looking for ways he can play with women in that kind of set up. Maybe another club be more suited for him?

Surely there's other clubs? Even Studland beach has a 'scene'. My friend went to Bristol gardens many years ago with an girlfriend on a Saturday night and saw alot of activity going on with couples swinging. Guess they put a stop to that?

Sorry I didn't explain myself very well.

There are lots of clubs for swingers, some with clothing optional days, some not. Most have couples only evenings.

You said that you didn't want to go to a naturist spa and were only going because he wants to go to get around the couples rule and play. BGHS isn't a swingers club, it's a naturist spa with rooms that can be used.

It just sounds like you don't want to go and he's possibly going to be an unwelcome single man wandering around until he, and you, get asked to leave. It just appears that you would prefer a different club so you both can enjoy it but not all of them are open yet.

All of what I've said has just been an opinion and, as I've said, you may go and love it there like we do. You just don't seem too keen and he doesn't sound like he's got your interest in mind.

it's basically a free for all in the day by men following you around wanking in the corridors then after 5.30 couples only and more tasteful in the private areas but can be a little clicky between themselves

Did they subject them to a couple of rounds of "Mr & Mrs"
