Realistically, when will our clubs open?

"As many of you will be wondering, and most probably craving, do we have any idea when the clubs doors will open, plus what criteria will have to be in place to allow us in?"
This is a difficult question for clubs to answer because each club is classified differently meaning the earlist possible opening date for some is after 17th May and others after 21st June. The main thing to consider here is these are only the earliest dates given from the governments road map and could change.
I would add some clubs may choose not to open straight away at the earliest possible opportunity because they may need time to adapt to any rules or regulations the government or local council implements. The government has a track record of changing the goal posts at the last minute so we think it wise to consider this happening again as a business.
Saying all that our Club is hoping to be open again for August bank hoilday weekend but it could be sooner or later depending on the governments and local councils actions. |
