No, if you read the roadmap, saunas and spas allowed to reopen earliest 21st June but even then lots will depend on council measures etc - that is if they are to reopen |

Thanks. I read mixed reviews on it, a lot of people were saying it's a bit sleezy with some weird or unpleasant men hassling all the women. Other says it's great. If you go alone be prepared for a ratio of 10 guys to one lady.When you go from let’s say the sauna to the jacuzzi be prepared for a train of guys following you and if you go towards the private rooms the train of guys will be even bigger.This is where the guys you pick will have to maybe help you by making it clear to the other guys that want to join in that they are not welcome.Be prepared for knocking on the door.When you are in the room there are panic buttons which sometimes get pressed for genuine reasons as well as accidental. I am sure if you are assertive with the unwanted guys they will get the message but some don’t.If you are not the assertive , confident type I would advise take a wing man to make sure the guys you pick don’t try to do something you don’t want.Best of luck with what you decide to do. |

Thanks for the info. So it sounds like if I go I'm letting myself in for a massive gangbang with little control then. I don't mind a high ratio, but I do mind abusive men or ones that are unpleasant or won't stop/get lost if asked. Xx |

. If you allow say 3-4 guys at a time in the room do you think you can control that.My advice to any lady is take a guy you can trust some guys don’t carry condoms and may expect you or another guy to provide them with one despite the fact there is a vending machine inside Rios.There are some good guys there who will be respectful to you.If you chat with them for a while hopefully you will feel comfortable in helping you out with control the other guys. |

I don't use condoms anyway so that doesn't bother me. Finding a couple of nice guys to watch over me after they've had a go is good advice, thank you xx |

Cos19 trying his best to put Juicy Jessica off Rios but she ain't having any of it. She is a proper greedy girl (amazing pix).  Rios have security for a reason so I don't see anything being forced or pressured. Generally alot of guy will stick up for you and your comfort because they want to stick it up you too.. (I am the nice guy at Rios)..  hopefully life can go back to some normality. Need to make up for 1yr lost in my life lol |

Yes- Rios have security staff and there are panic buttons in all the private rooms....but, like everywhere, some pushy men will push. Always wise to take a wingperson to watch your back but especially in such provocative places. Take care, have fun.

For Rios, I think it can depend to an extent on when a woman goes. It should be generally alright during the day and some evenings earlier in the week, but Friday evenings and especially the small hours of Sunday mornings after couples night can full of behaviour of a predatory nature. |

For Rios, I think it can depend to an extent on when a woman goes. It should be generally alright during the day and some evenings earlier in the week, but Friday evenings and especially the small hours of Sunday mornings after couples night can full of behaviour of a predatory nature."
I'm all for being used by lots of dominant men, but there are limits!
Sounds like Sunday mornings are a free for all for every guy in the building to fill you up, no questions. Xx |

First time I went there was with a guy I had just met that day. Turned out to be a of a d*ck haha, but wouldn’t have found out the place if it wasn’t for him and my proper naturist side. Anyways, it was on a sunday there was one woman who wasn’t interested in meeting up with anyone but because she and I were the only actually nude women about we got the stares by all the guys and because I was there with a guy she had some guy hold her arm when she walked passed to ask her if she wanted to come into the hottub and get to know him. Obviously not the smartest move, but I’m guessing it wasn’t the first time that happened because she broke down in tears. I sat down with her and talked with her to make her feel at ease (to the annoyance of the guy I came in with). In the end, for your first time I recommend going with another girl or a guy you trust. I’ve been there by myself after that first visit a couple of times - also having lots of fun in the rooms, but if you do feel uncomfy just sit at the bar talk to the staff  . The golden rule or No means No is powerful there so definitely net staff know when someone doesn’t take no as an answer. Best plan is probably to go with someone you know like a female friend or a guy you trust . I’ve been there with one of my best friends and her partner a couple of times and it feels safer and easier to have fun because you know you can always go over to them. |

I have been the best part of 100 times over 6 or 7 years but I can only make my own mind up. About 50% of the time I have taken someone (aka someone to have fun with) with me the rest of the time I go with no expectations above having a relaxing time at the spa, with possibilities x |

Hi Jessica. If you're not very experienced in the club scene, I would suggest, as some others have, that for your first time at Rios to go with someone you know (male or female). On that first time, I would also suggest avoiding Friday evening and Sunday (just after midnight) morning. Just until you get used to the place. That doesn't take long btw - one visit should do that.
Friday evenings can be fun but Sunday mornings just after couples night (Sat evening) finishes at midnight can be a absolute horror show with desperate guys all over the place behaving quite badly. I've seen it so many times when staying on after couples night.
I absolutely hear you about being used by lots of dominant men, but with limits. So most times you should be able to have a lot of fun at Rios and you'll be very popular. I'd suggest Sunday mornings might exceed those limits
I do hope you get to go as it can be a great experience and the spa facilities are really good too. |

I just like to say that I am regular at Rios. Used to spent there 3-4 days per week, always as a single woman.
Started with a date going horribly wrong....the next day I was there by myself and even since i've been doing so!!!
I can speak up to who ever makes me feel uncomfortable and if that does not work security and management are always willing to band them for good.
For me it is a place that I can relax and feel absolutely secure.

I’ve always found that it’s pretty rubbish and quite frankly very hit and miss.
It’s facilities aren’t that great compared to other places, personally if you want daytime fun, it would be better to spend a warm sunny afternoon at Eureka in Kent, at least you can enjoy a swim in the outdoor pool, soak up some sun and maybe even go for a naughty play in the woods or in the clubhouse rooms if you want some privacy. |

Wouldn't worry about it. Ask whoever you're playing with to keep an eye out for randoms climbing onto the bed. Staff is awesome at these places as well (never been to rios mind, but I'm sure they'll look after their guests just as well).
Don't notice this behaviour much on regular swingers nights, but you always get some at greedy girl events.
Just make it clear that you want people to keep their distance when you get started, unless they're invited to join. If you make it a general announcement, you'll most likely have quite a few folk watching your back. Or ask staff to keep an eye out for you x |

I have been to Rios and I'd recommend Jessica goes with another woman. You will find that the staff behind the bar are women and there is CCTV, though I believe not in the back rooms but there are panic buttons there. When I have gone it is to relax in the jacuzzis, steam rooms, saunas, the cold plunge pool and small swimming pool. Most of the male customers will be nude but many of women wear costumes or as in the bar staff topless. I have never had a bad experience but then I'm a man without a hidden agenda. |

It mainly matters what day and what time you go.i have been there quite a few times and yes there are guys that are pushy Friday and Sunday mornings but then go on a Monday or Tuesday and it's a completely different vibe. I dunno if it's because those are mandatory nudist nights. I've been there with a friends of mine several times and had guys watching us as we chilled and then when she told them no the left us alone. So in the end it's a mixed bag. There are panic alarms in the rooms and if you are a Freddy girl there is more than enough to satisfy your needs. |

I know I do ! I’m sure Rios is just like any other club, some do, some make a conscious decision not to, some just decide in the moment and some who didn’t wish that they had.

Hi all
I walked past Rios yesterday and there was a notice on the door explaining that you can get an update on any reopening or similar by texting: rios@mappgroup.co.uk.
It looked as though the spa was hibernating, and had not been closed for good. Fingers crossed it won't.

Sorry as a single women that always go Rios on my own and so does my friend _itzi999 it's not as bad as some of u are saying yes some guys can be assholes but most of them are great and will back off if u tell them to I been going 5 years on my own and only had a handful of problems x |

I’ve always had a great time when there and No means no and if said loud enough usually would make the guy head for the changing rooms to leave.
I’ve been greedy when there but also just wanted to enjoy the facilities and both have worked for me. |

Excellent news. It does seem a slightly strange date to re-open, given the structure of releasing restrictions, but maybe they have some refurbishment work to finish.
Hope that's the case anyway. Otherwise, as someone else said, odd that BGHS can open but they can't/haven't yet. |

As like the other people above, I’ve too had an updated email saying the below (COPY/PASTED)
Dear valued customer,
Further to the Government announcement on 14th June and our on-going decorating and refurbishment works we are now hoping to open on Thursday 8th July 2021.
Further updates will follow by email and on our website.
For the first four weeks our opening times will be 12 Noon until midnight Monday to Saturday and 12 Noon until 1pm on Sundays.
Saturday evenings 6pm to midnight will be couples only and Wednesday evenings will be naturist only.
We look forward to welcoming you back very soon.

Will they accept the Covid-19 vaccination card? I have been double jabbed and I presume a single one is not enough. It looks like spas and sex clubs may follow night clubs about entrants having to have proof of double vaccination. I'm glad to be 59 in these circumstances. |

Whenever we are in London on a weekend we enjoyed the couples nights. Hoping to pop in over the next few weekends. Never played there just really enjoyed the atmosphere and facilities. Made the mistake once of staying past midnight.... |

Upstairs was closed off way back in 2016 when they had a fire because of some idiot putting something in the sauna closest to the garden/smoking area.
Basically they would not have received a fire safety certificate to reopen because there was only one entry/exit to upstairs. |

If anyone from the management reads this forum, have you ever thought about trying another special evening alongside couples only Saturday? Something similar that works well in clubs usually on Fridays, when you let in single men only in a very limited number for a higher entry price?
It can be even the triple of the normal price, so you could make the numbers that needed, and I`m sure many of us single guys would prefer an event like this! Just as those couples who like the attention of some single men, but feeling unconfortable in situation when the place is flooded with men? |

Yes, I understand, that`s why I said they should charge single men something like £80-£90 that day.
I`m sure there would be enough men interested to fill up the limit (which should be max 30% of the expected number of couples + few single ladies). And I also have a feeling, that many couples and single ladies would like the idea, who now avoid Rios because of the horror stories that circulate here...
I`ve been twice in Rios years ago, and my experience was the same that I often read here. So even if it offers a very friendly price now, it`s a no-no for me, as I`m not interested in a place which has 80%/20% m/f ratio.
But would be happy to pay anything up to £100-£130 once/twice a month for a good day/night out, and I know their facilities are amazing, also very easy to get there. |

I understand what you are saying about single guys paying £80-£90 to visit Rios and use the facilities and maybe make a connection with someone.However Rios does get a lot of what could be described as passing trade during the day as well as evenings so I can’t see them doing that. I would say for every guy that pays the £90 they probably get 5 that are passing trade who currently pay £28 times at by 5 that £140 or £50 extra coming in which is why I don’t think they will do it. |

I see your point, and also respect the owners` right to run their business as they wish to.
And you are probably right with the maths, even if the single guy`s entry would be 4x more than it is now if Rios was limiting their number to make m/f ration not worse than 60%/40% they probably would still lose money. Which means (from my point of view) there are at least 4x more guys now in the spa than the ideal number would be...
Still, I think a trial of a day/night like this would not only attract single men, but also a new crowd of single ladies and couples, who do not visit Rio`s now coz of the crazy m/f ratio. Many of them would be happy to attend even if the single female/couple ticket would be slightly higher too on that day - I guess.
But again, it`s only an idea, the management does what they think is the best for the club.
I just feel sorry, coz I know the place is amazing, I live almost within walking distance and pass it almost every day but as long as it's a sausage fest, it doesn`t attract me...
I was very close to give it a go and try last week, but then I recalled my memories from my two visits (around 5 years back), read some recent reviews here, and decided to no, thanks... |
