It may sound an inappropriate question to ask but I never been to a club before... What's the rules about sti testing, like how clean is it for members to play safely? I love bjs but worried about catching something... I know the answer be don't do it or wear condom |

Most clubs will provide condoms for you to use, some will expect you to bring your own.
At the end of the day YOU are responsible for your own sexual health, not the club. The club can provide the means for you to protect yourself, but it's up to you if you do so.
Same with STI checks. We offer drop STI checks at Townhouse, but it's down to you to get yourself regularly checked.
You are attending a venue which provides the opportunity and the means to play with strangers, however you are over 18 and clubs cannot force you to use condoms and will not scald you for going bareback.

As for 'how clean is it'?
Most clubs I have attended are spotless but obviously this has no bearing whatsoever on catching STI's!!!!!! lol I'm not sure why the cleanliness of a club has anything to do with you catching an STI?
Again, you choose who to play with and how clean someone is, doesn't correlate to if they carry an STI.
Look after number 1 at all times and don't ever be coerced into pushing your boundaries on sexual health

Brilliant advice. I've been attending clubs for decades... Ive never caught an sti... although I do always take responsibility for my own sexual health. I will not use condoms for oral but I also don't really take cum in my mouth either.
I've always felt that more people in clubs are partaking in safer sex than the private house parties I've been invited too. ( could have just been the events I've attended at clubs vs the party events though) |

The chance of catching STI through unprotected oral sex are slimmer than through unprotected vaginal or anal sex, yet it is still higher than 0. If you're that worried about it, apparently there are some dental dams that could be useful?
And to answer your question about how clean clubs are, regarding STIs- no club that we know of requires members/people attending on the day to prove they are STI-free. It's just not possible. They do promote safe sex, with some offering free condoms. They also promote regular testing, with some having sexual health clinics regularly. Ultimately, however, as it was already stated above, sexual health is up to each and every individual attending the club. |
