Ok so I don’t consider myself a veteran of clubs, however as I was bored, and not being able to attend... I thought I’d calculate how much I’d spent. Over the past four yrs of attending clubs in the UK.
On average I spend £45 per visit, entrance fee and drinks. Sometime stay over other nights not. From memory, I get to around 80 visits... £3,900 inc membership fees.
Oops... ah well, still can’t think of a better way to have spent that. ![](/icons/s/eek.gif) |

When we were earning money, we could easily blow £150 on a night out in liverpool on drinks, taxis and a chippy on the way home, plus we'd only get to shag each other hahaha |

Almost all hobbies cost money. OP could spend as much on one holiday as he spends a year on clubs.
I spend a few hundred a year on camera film. Another few hundred on small local gigs. Some on campsite bookings. And some on swinging clubs.
They all bring pleasure |

You got in cheap. lol
I reckon a visit to Eureka, VA or Libs was an absolute minimum of £120 per night for a couple if you include transport, drinks, entry and if you stayed over then double that (meals etc)!
Then if you included cancelled holidays to GC and the Cap last year I reckon we saved around £7,000!!!

Exactly
We both work very hard to have the expendable income for our fun trips away and like many others our savings from cancelled lifestyle holidays are circa 10k over the past 9 months.
It is ironic though as we are now working harder than ever, more stressed than ever and can’t lift some of the pressure with a fun holiday ![](/icons/s/sad.gif) |

Thats cheap, a night in chams usually costs us £60 petrol, anywhere between 50 and 150 on a hotel depending on if we feel like being posh for the night , say 35 entrance fee, up to 50 for a new outfit for Mrs, drinks , food and other bits and pieces . Easily £200 minimum but we do it because its adult time away from normal life. Would we be happier having gone to wetherspoons and spending 40 quid ? Nah not in the slightest ![](/icons/thumb_up.png) |

We enjoy holidays with a slice of spice.
Many to choose from, Desire, Hedo, swinger Caribbean cruises or Venus Star if you want to stay in Europe but unfortunately with the restrictions nothing is available atm |

This is were I Defo respect couples and Ladies who attend clubs. In my eyes they are “real swingers”. They put their money where their mouth is.
As a single guy I’ve attended clubs and all in I’d say over the course of 3-4 years heavily on the scene it cost me £7000 ish.
But I’d not change a thing. Swinging clubs I feel made me better for “vanilla” dating. Clubs I find if the guys are sensible promotes your skills. Personally i think it taught me to have more respect for woman, have manners, accept rejection and promote talking/communication. |

Miss chams.. miss the relaxation and obvious fun.
Cheaper than going to pretentious spas anyway.
Eck my child swimming club was 170 per month ( fuel n fees) plus competitions so relatively cheap in comparison.
Roll on chams opening... |

I'm not even going to try and add up what we have spent on swinging in 10 years lol. Even a visit to an organised social can cost us £150 by the time you factor in travel, hotel, drinks, food etc. One full-on swinging weekend cost us upwards of £400, but it was a birthday treat, I had a whole new outfit including sexy undies, we had two nights in a hotel and a swinging club, meals out, taxis. It was worth it, but we dont normally spend anywhere near that. ![](/icons/s/redface.gif) |

No point is us counting the cost of our club visits (plus no doubt it'd be completely shocking). Its an expense we'd always find the money for and never begrudge paying. Must have saved a fortune over the last year but can't wait for them to fully open again. |

Not that much really, our swinger life costs much more.
2020 doesn't really count but in 2019 we spent at least 5000€.
Average club visit was around 40€ and we went at least 50 times that year, so that's at least 2 grand (not counting fuel and the occasional hotel)
Add to that our 2 week pilgrimage to Cap d'Agde which is never less than 3000€ (usually more)
Thinking about it the total was probably nearer to 6 grand.
We really saved a lot last year. ![](/icons/s/biggrin.gif) |

We only go swinging club two or three times a year .and at £30 a couple we don’t see that as expensive .we would easily spend a lot more than that at our local,we both have a lot of fun and the facilities at jaydees is well worth the entrance fee even if we don’t hit it off with others which is not very often ![](/icons/s/biggrin.gif) |
