What’s peoples thoughts on a club member forum on Fab? Ie townhouse, chameleons, Cupid and so on having their own forum areas. Membership number required to enter so only club member can meet and chat on line.?

Maybe when clubs are open properly, will fab consider such a forum, but right now we are not allowed to post events (albeit social only), we can't post links to fundraising or our fundraising websites, the club events forum is closed and the club review section is closed. Basically, anything to do with club events, promotion, club opening updates or in any way pushing something happening at a club is not allowed. It's to do with encouraging people to play, even though people are playing anyway! Lol |

That’s a very good idea. Hopefully Fabs can endorse this when restrictions are lifted?
We have also called for Club profiles to be easily recognisable and to include some benefits. We actually encourage our members that attend to join the site.
A members section would also deny the constant non/anti club persons from being so prolific and negative on club posts that potentially fends off newbies into the lifestyle scene.
Hope all clubs unite and we can make this happen please Fab! |

Clubs are already uniting and you are welcome to join us? You may have noticed a distinct lack of club owner presence around here over the last few months? It doesn't mean we've gone underground, we're just doing other things and it's been great to come together and go forward as one united front.
As for club profiles and benefits, we've even suggested a few times over the years that clubs can pay a slightly higher site support and in return have enhanced features and a more club friendly approach, but nothing has ever come of it.
You're right. Clubs ferry so much traffic to Fab, it's time to show some love in our direction when we need it most.
This isn't a dig at the mods as they're just doing what admin tell them to do |

Regards clubs uniting we are happy to join ‘the union” to help each other out of course. PM welcome.
Our clubs uniting comment was meant to be specific to the OPs suggestion of a club members only forum which we would hope lessens those who like to cause or provoke drama, one of the main reasons we tend to avoid the forums. |

I think that’s a great thing, do you also share “trouble members” those that have legitimately been band from a club for inappropriate behavior.
Really hope you guys get through this.

I set up a North West 'club watch' scheme about 6 years ago. Not all clubs participate; you can probably guess who they are lol |

It would be a great idea, start off with forum chat and move onto perhaps online socials for each club. A lot of the club side of things is about the Social side, even in normal times (as if we kinky bunch are ever normal!).
Good luck to you and all the other clubs out there |
