We used to love going to Kestrels, but are finding it less and less fun because of the single blokes. There is very little opportunity to play without their attentions.We understand that some people are fine with this ,but we only play with couples and find it a real pain and a turn off.They did have some areas that were off limits to single blokes on Saturday afternoons but have stopped this now ,it is still nice for a chill out day but the fun side has gone downhill.We are not saying that all single blokes are like this just that for those of us who are not in to them it has taken a shine of the place.

A lot of the rooms have locks on the doors and I always thought no means no. If uninvited people are trying to touch you should complain, if they're to close and won't move when politely asked, complain. I have found the management there are good at resolving problems. If a few get thrown out the others will learn quickly enough. |

Plenty of places there that you can go with other couples..In the dungeon and cabins. If you dont like singles then just ask them to go away.. The staff are pretty helpful if you have a problem.Ask about it on entry. |

Yep and I suspect that the people who Gerald is talking about will follow you there like shadows, literally 30 foot behind you. Once you’re in the room of your choice they will be at the window, there are no totally private rooms at Kestrels. They cannot even show you the courtesy of being discreet but stand there chatting about the weather etc or jangling like Santa’s sleigh on overdrive. Note, don't wank with the wrist your locker key is fastened to. 
Should you choose to get amorous in the pool you usually look up to see them sidling towards you. At some point they will get too close and I will find it oppressive. More than once we have had a scene ruined by people getting too close.

It isn't about not liking singles on my part it is about inappropriate intrusion, people not having the patience to wait for an invitation to get involved.

the room by toilets is total privaate and from experience if u aren't playing with them they look for a bit then get bored but staff r good and if u feel that a private room should be able suggest it xxx |

Alternatively, go on a Saturday night when single guys* are not allowed.
If you don't like being watched (not everyone can perform with an audience), arrange hotel meets instead.
*Single guys, proud sponsors of swinging clubs.

The thing is gong farmer we do like being watched and also enjoy watching ,but not by a load of single blokes, Natasha and David have it down to a tee,.For couples who are not in to single blokes it is not a pleasant experience being followed around,we used to enjoy a Saturday afternoon at kestrels when it was couples only and you could leave doors open without the knowledge that you will soon have a crowd of single blokes edging towards you.I do agree that you can say no and this is generally accepted but once that bloke goes another soon takes his place. What we would like at Kestrels is an area where couples who have the same preference as us can use without being interrupted by single guys. |

i have to say i find being watched a bit unnerving at best of times so generally look for more secluded spot have been day time and evening. i do prefer daytime as more chilled. maybe farmer u would do well to remember couples r not your paid porn, |

I assume you mean the room opposite the toilets, black platform bed, as the pink one off the corridor to the toilets definitely is overlooked.
If so then this seemed to be unavailable during Kestrels times on last couple of visits.
As a couple of respondents have noted there seems to be an attitude amongst a small number of single males who seem to think they have viewing/participation rights. I wonder if this is because of a relatively high entrance fee meaning that there is an increased demand to "get value for money"?

I hate to say it but if your playing in room with door open, then anyone has a right to watch...if you don't like close the door...You can't say you only want to be watched by couples on a mixed event, it was just not be practical to enforce.....
Agreed they should not follow you or touch without asking, but inhave see couples do that also

We have stopped going to Ab Fabs on a Friday night now as we just started to feel intimidated by the sheer volume of blokes circling us like great whites!
But we have never had a problem at Kestrels in the day. Everyone had been friendly, polite and much more chatty leading to much more fun

I have tried a few clubs now and there will always be a small percentage of single men who push their luck..most of the time though I have found they are happy to chat and wait to be invited. It does really help when the club is well managed though. I haven't tried Kestrels yet ( though I intend to soon), but have been to Abfabs and when we mentioned to security that a guy had just grabbed me uninvited through the bars of the cage he was given a very stern warning. |

I like Kestrel because there is always people to talk to. I have a little laugh at the gangs of singles moving up to the dungeon because they think a couple have gone there
I would only join in if I was asked - or was already part of the group |

Sometimes we just walk to the dungeons and back... and feel like the Pied Piper as the single men conga follows us there and back.
Funniest thing to do is to just stop halfway there and turn round and walk back and see the single men scatter!  |

You are just bad...lol but I bet that is funny.My worst time is on seeing a nice empty hot tub .. no one around even in the pool... I get in and close my eyes.. two mins later three blokes are saying may I join you,.. I so wanna say no ..bugger off ..  |

We've used the pink room next to the toilets - it's lockable and when we were there it had roller blinds so not sure what you mean by overlooked. Unless it's been changed.

its a difficult one all round, i have been to clubs and it is embarassing seeing how the singles follow couples around. Its not good for the respectful single guys like me, who chats and wait to be invited. couple only events or events where they limit the single guys is probably the answer. |

So far it has meant sitting staring at me not speaking and surreptitious rubbing of my legs under the water with their feet.. its really creepy ..
means I have to leave the hot tub .. and then do they stay ..noooo they all get and and follow someone else. . |

I thought we were the only ones to do that
On one occasion N actually asked those setting off towards the dungeon to give us a few minutes to get set up before they turned up 
We are feeling left out now as we haven't Cin'd yet |

There was one time when Zed and me visited Kestrels (last year's Wimbledon do). We'd been swimming and playing, then had some complimentary strawberry gateau and cream which we ate it in the cinema after which Zed lay on the sofa with his feet across my legs. I was stroking his leg and he fell asleep. Two guys came and and were watching us intently and wanking.
I found it quite amusing ... wanking at the sight of a bloke asleep? Really? I thought it best not to leave Zed alone in there though in case it turned into an impromptu bukkake |

I usually do widths when it gets busy..try to focus on staying afloat whilst a lady is screaming with wild abandon in the shallow end think ill go this afternoon grab a few rays .got an airport pick up at 9pm. |

A bit horses for course really; as a single chap I too have laughed at the Pied Piper effect at Kestrels....but then it's led to some intense play.
At least half the rooms in the stable block have shut-able, lockable doors iirc, and even the door windows have curtains ?
Some couples obviously want to be watched - as they leave half the top half of the door open...and some seem to like picking from the assembled throng and inviting people to join them. So, with the lockable doors and politeness I'd hope that everyone could just enjoy themselves.. .

It was a nice afternoon although needed rehydration after playing in the stable block for a bit. Went in a size 18 and came out a size zero it was so hot!!
Really packed in the pool so am sure even widths were tricky Cinnamon lol
