Memories of cupids couples room

I remember the old couples room (back kinda where the jail was with the room at the back) with an old friend of mine condoms slipped under another couple couldn’t get to them to put them on so me and had to watch and wait till the finished  |

That is how I best remember it.
First went there in 1999 and in those days the couples room was on the other side near the Jacuzzi. Had some really wild nights in there.
We were still going when they changed it but it was towards the end of my time in the UK. We were not going regularly then so the memories are not that strong. I suppose I wouldn't recognise the place now.
It was a great club back then and I'm sure it will carry on and go from strength to strength once this shit is over. |

I can't comment on the new owner, although it has been speculated that he is the grandson of Dave. BUT they have been doing some refurb this year and from what I've seen, it looks really great!!! |

"Unfortunately Dave And Sue who founded Cupids, they use to own the one in Eccles. Have both died this year. A great couple who knew how to enjoy life. "
Absolutely. 
I remember them from the Adam & Eve days. Tended to see more of Sue there.
Saw them quite a few times in Cupids but by then they were living in Spain and just occasional visitors.
Very sad that they are no longer with us but I will always have fond memories of them both.
They really were pioneers of the swinger club scene. |

Awe the couple's room is a great experience never to be missed. Remember squeezing into the corner going at it with the music pounding and the others pounding each other .....great night never to be forgotten. |

He can do but he's been so buzy with the club at the moment he's used this time wisely to do some work with the place I'm sure he'll send something out in due course just keep your eyes peeled we haven't gone anywere it's just time for us to refocus and be ready for you filthy lot I think  |

We had this at Club SX with a single guy, he would not leave the couples room even though the sign on the door said no single guys. He was a right pest. |

I get that a couple's only room is for couples. However a couple invited me in there to watch them.
I wasn't talking or assing around, and it wasn't busy in there so I wasn't taking up space that another couple could potentially use. If anyone had asked me to leave I would have done, so I didn't feel it was necessary for someone to go get a member of staff to evict me!

Bruce and his Tranny nights were the best ....he often confided in me but he was just never brave enough to come out .... will miss his. Though Iv heard hes now at Gatehouse under His alter ego. Bernadette. |

Oh that is such sad news Adam and Eves was the first club I ever went to and when Dave and Sue opened Cupid's I followed them to the new club. A lovely couple who always made you very welcome.  |

Am surprised no mention of Mary & K (sorry cant remember her hubbies name). Two of the nicest people you could ever meet. Think they may now be running No3 club in the Bury area??
After them was a manager cant remember his name , but he thought it was OK to walk around completely naked. Ugh!!I used to cringe watching him play pool...not a pretty sight!!As for the memories of him continually scratching his balls whilst serving drinks Ugh Ugh Ugh...was so glad when he left! Nevertheless, was and still is our No1 NW club.Sue x |

Yes it was Mary & Glen.
With my ex we got to know them quite well back in the late 90's/early 00's.
Really nice couple and from what I hear the No 3 club in Chorley is very good. |
