Quest in Leeds - missing it ?

We love Quest, just about to start going on the Sunday afternoons they had on, yes virus stopped that, the very Sunday we were going to go it hit. We'll be there when it's open and safe to return. Until then we'll wait patiently for our little pricks  |

Although an interesting and exciting idea I am left wondering wether the majority of their limited income will be spent on rents and priority bills etc - being one of the only clubs that hasn’t had an option of opening for an income in any capacity at all?
I’ll just be happy to have those doors wide open and the lovely staff and customers to be there.

We’re missing our visits to Quest, enjoyed the Saturday nights and quite often had a Sunday afternoon visit on the way home from a Saturday night in blackpool, had some great fun there, missing the glory holes. |

Missing it so much.. Can't wait to get back for a for a game of pool !!
It will be one HELL of an opening night when it's finally back open.
Wonder if the council will allow an extension to the opening hours to make up for it... 24/7 should just about do it!  |

My first time at club was at Quest in early Jan this year, my partner in crime and I had a date booked in to return and that date just so happened to be lockdown day. Cannot wait to get back. |

Sorry you had a bad time but that’s your experience. It is a great place, so friendly and we have had so much fun. No need to give it a kick. Especially at the moment. |

Yes we miss Quest, Leeds and will be going back when it re-opens, but we miss the old Quest far more. It was smaller, up steep steps and parking was often a problem but the buzz inside was far warmer and in many ways friendlier.

I disagree 100%. You can't make a statement like this without clarification. "
In previous threads about Quest I’ve explained why I’m not happy and I’m entitled to my opinion, it’s what the threads are for. Just because I don’t like Quest posters get annoyed which is not the spirit of the forum. Forums are for all opinions not just one. |

We were just about to go for the first time when covid hit. Really missing the club atmosphere and now that our regular club , Asylum, has closed for good we will need a new place to go. LC was the next closest to us but that's gone too. It's hard times and I hope the owners can bounce back.
When this is over there will definitely be clubs as there is a demand for them. I just hope we can avoid the predatory type who will try to take advantage of people wanting to let their hair down like what happened to regular clubs a few years ago. Most club owners at the min do it because they love the community. Really don't want to see those who just want to make cash at any cost moving into this wonderful scene |

As I said it was my first experience of a club earlier this year with my partner in crime. I have been made redundant but luckily employed again with in days. I would like to support the club as much as I can when they open again as I enjoyed it as much as I did. this may mean some daytime visits.  |

We do like Quest and once / If / or when things settle down , we will be going again
On our first ever visit we were given the tour , we love a club tour !
You know how the corridor goes around in a U from either end of the bar ?
We were half way round , fully dressed and getting the this is the whater room , when a couple coming the other way said , don't worry , we don't bite etc
As we emerged from the corridor back into the bar , we bumped into them
By this time the the lovely Mrs j had stripped off to bustier , pants and stockings
The look on their faces was priceless , and we said , ding worry , we don't bite

We loved our Sunday club at Quest.Mr Nice didn't miss a Sunday the whole of 2019. It was a standing joke about having his own parking space. Lol. We both miss all our fab friends and the laughs we've all had even if we don't play with everyone. |

Hey all, fairly new to this, been to quest a couple of times and found it difficult to getting to know people, I’m sure you’re all super friendly but feel free to drop me an add and make contact as I wouldn’t mind making a visit Or two in the new year and it would be good to have some familiar faces to see/talk to.

I fear you may be right on that I'm afraid. However as soon as it is open I will be back for my 2nd visit and to hopefully make new friends. I did know other venues are doing virtual events, has this been thought of with Quest? |

A second vaccine finally arrives. Does this offer hope to my favourite club for spring/summer and help support the owners who i am sure must be having a torrid time. I really I get the chance to, I was not a massive regular but in 2021 I intend to change that once we are given the green light. Looking to make new connections have a laugh and maybe get some delicious ladies to help pay my "old boy" the attention it deserves and has sadly been severely lacking this year!
On the plus side my shares in Kleenex have gone up in value. |

Now the AstraZeneca vaccine has been approved, it will take about three months to complete the first round of vaccination, with the second dose around 12 weeks after the first one, bringing us to mid-year, so I'm guessing clubs will be able to re-open July/August 2021. Fingers crossed!  |

One of the places I plan to go to more often when it does open. I've been kicking myself at all the opportunities I missed before by being too lazy to drive from Sheffield to Leeds more often. |

Been a handful of times but love this place. I will become much more of a regular and support the club when we get back to normal and hopefully make some new friends and have some fun. |
