I miss the drive down, Turing into the gates and seeing a car park full of parked vehicles knowing that it’s going to be another great night in the company of like minded folk dancing away scantily clad.

You just cannot beat the place, you never know what to expect when you arrive but I’ve always found if you put the effort in you are often met with a very large amount of friendly faces!

I cannot wait to get back especially the Friday night naked disco...always been a favourite due to being so much more relaxed!!!

See you all soon

Really missing this fun place.

Drinking wine around the pool.

Playing on the field.

Dressing up.

Dancing

Meeting new people.

And the sex ......

Has the main hall been updated at all?

Last time I was there (Feb) is looked rather tired and like a 70s company canteen.

That's a bit unkind. A friend of mine years back described it as looking

like a working man's club. She obviously couldn't spell wanking!

I would hope that most people go there to do more than sit in the main hall, which I have always found to be fit for purpose.

Make it too plush and cleaning up spillages of various kinds could become problematic!

I liked the drive too, just not the queue on the Dartford crossing.

The seats at eureaka are made for practicality

if they were covered in beautiful soft materials and colours they wouldn't last five minutes in a club like this.

You could go to the Ritz if you like glamour but you wouldn't be able to do the things there that you can at eureaka

so i fail to see why the decor would spoil your visit in any way.

You are clearly looking at the wrong things.

Would just like it to be a little more Glam.

To me atmosphere helps me get in the mood.

Some luxurious wall paper, erotic artwork, low lighting.

We have some awesome memories from the Saturday night parties. Like most clubs, when the party is in full swing (excuse the pun!), you don't notice the decor imperfections.

Seasons Greetings to all absent Eureka friends.

hoping it won't be too long before we are back up there with no restrictions.

it's been tough and the club did well to keep going as much as possible during the past year. All the best to the management, staff and of course the members. Frank

My very first dip into the scene happened at Eureka a mere 15 years ago

Although very nervous at first there were plenty of fab people around to chat with and to reassure.

Have been back many times over the years and hope to be back really soon when it is safe to do so.

All the best for your new beginnings

Can't wait to get back there when normality returns (or as close as they are going to get) as just love being naked in the company of others, my only suggestion would be was a fair skinned person a few trees in the field to provide a bit of shade so I don't burn to a crisp! Lol

There is shade in the big field. even in high summer the trees along the top edge give shade until early afternoon and then the trees down the border with the road take over.

Otherwise, there are plenty of shady spots on the upper lawn below the pool.

The woods are full of shade, it's hard to find many sunny spots in there.

If your reason for using the field is the more relaxed behaviour, then try the woods, where it is even more relaxed!

A few trees in the field would provide some welcome shade rather than a lot of people having to cram into the limited shade. Fully aware of the other areas where they is shade but a bit more in the field would not go amiss and get it would be well used

I don't care what the chairs look like. Wishing Stuart and Carrie the best of luck and I literally cannot wait to be back in the sunshine beside the pool. I've changed my career to be able to spend more time there once we can. I may have had a wasted youth.. I didn't expect to have a wasted middle age. They will be so busy. A lot of pent up frustration all round.

"...I may have had a wasted youth.. I didn't expect to have a wasted middle age. ..."

I'm with you there. For me, at my age every extra year at Eureka is precious. luckily I've had 33 brilliant ones already, many of them made even better by retiring early at age 53.

I sincerely hope that this isn't the beginning of a totally different way of life and that you will get to enjoy as much of that unique Garden of Eden as I have.

Things will return to pre 2020 activity levels but it will take a long time.

I'll be happy at the 80% level which I think is achieveable this summer.

I suspect that people who 'hate to disappoint you' are, in reality, relishing doing so.

I'm sure I would if I felt I was right!

People have been pent up at home. Bored... oh so bored. Absolutely no fun to be had whatsoever. Their imaginations have been running riot. There will be a tsunami of fun. The old guard who are desperate to return to normal and a whole host of new couples who want to expand their horizons.
