Yes, if you mean December 2022, once the whole cursed disease is contained, people have have both jabs, and we have the time and the money to go the clubs.
I really wish it was 2020, 2021 is a bit long, but Spanish Flu 1920 hung around for a couple of years.
And 100 years before that, cholera did its worst.
And 100 years before that, the plague did its worst too.
2120, isn't looking good either. History really does have a nasty habit of repeating itself.
Anti-vaccing should be treated as a crime. People die by believing false science and basic lies.
Roll on the vaccines, roll up your sleeves and roll on to a future where the clubs can open up.
Bottoms up!

I think if clubs can open at all it's likely to be how it was before lockdown number 2, that some of them can find a way to open as covid aware pubs, potentially offering tables to groups of up to 6.
I can't see it being any more relaxed than that. |

It depends on the Tiers and restrictions therein.
If the clubs who opened for socials before lockdown can open again afterwards, they will.
If you mean, will clubs be open for play, then absolutely not.
Depressing thread really but our reality is indeed, depressing lol |

It'll be summer or autumn at best before life is anything like pre covid.
The best you can hope for is clubs open for socials those that can. 2021 will be marginally better than this year but it'll take time to roll out any vaccinations and for them to take effect so the tier system will be here for months to come. I'd have thought folk would be more switched on by now. |

"Couple of years from now before fully open"
At best. We need to see how effective vacs are which will take a few months in reality and only then social distancing can be scrapped. Just my own personal observation. |

One club hoping to see members when restrictions lifted , er hang on we will be straight into some kind of new tier structure and definitely not able to mingle and meet at clubs.... |

We don't even know if pubs and restaurants are going to be open - even though, according to emails we keep receiving from some big chains, they are sure they will be... So swingers clubs, even if opening just for socials, have quite a way to go, unfortunately . |

When will people realise, what the government puts out as guidance is the absolute minimum we should be aiming for, it's our responsibility to stay safe, it's not about them infringing on our civil liberties, it's a method to reduce the risk of becoming infected, it's more about slowing the number of people hitting the hospitals all at once and dying because there is no space to get treatment, even if the clubs were allowed to open, we as grown ups should be clever enough to see, it's not the place to be atm, more than that I have neither the time or crayons to explain this too you...lol |

If hotels, pubs and gyms etc can open I see no reason why clubs who observed the restriction before lockdown won't be opening. It's all to do with interpretation of the rules. 6 to a table etc |

Thank goodness for some common sense! Be responsible to yourselves and considerate to others. Covid takes no notice of advice, regulations and legislation. You that desperate?! |

Hopefully the clubs that were open for socials, will be opening again after the 2nd,I've already penciled in plans to go that weekend,it all depends on what tiers we and the clubs are going to be in,pre lockdown I was in tier 1 and so was the club I was going to,so I'm hoping it stays the same
The sex side may have paused, however it is nice to still have that social interaction with like minded people and support our clubs |

I feel really sorry for Club owners - a couple of who we know quite well.
What is not being considered here is how people’s mentality is going to have changed after at least a year of believing that strangers might kill them.
I think we all now know people who have gone OCD with hygiene and we probably all have gone a bit further in that direction since March.
How is it really going to be for people getting naked, shouty, giggly and sharing body fluids again in a hot tub full of strangers???
I personally think that this will take years to work through the system and many, many people will be scarred for a long time.
Thinking and looking forward to the end of all this one thing - getting back to how things were before I think will take a lot longer. |

If they can open at all, it would only be as as social venues, keeping to the rule of 6 and any other guidance, and if they are in a tier 1 location. |

It looks odds, on that most of northern England will be in tier 3. So there's no hope of clubs opening their doors, anytime soon. Once again it'll be
a divided country. Well done the muppets of Westminster. Come next election you have lost all those seats you won last year. The red wall will be built once more, |

Humans are adaptable.
It was amazing how quickly we (mostly) adjusted back in March when lockdown first started.
Once the vaccine has rolled out, and if it's shown to be effective, I think people will re-adjust back to normality pretty quickly and clubs should be thriving again.
Sending out positive vibes to all club owners |

How do they know they will be in Tier 1 ?because unlike the north the clubs down here have never been in an area rife with Covid , so they should be fine to reopen Are you for real LONDON was the epicentre of covid 19 at the beginning of the pandemic!! put your glasses on and read properly , i never once mentioned London and i spent a good few days and eves going to these clubs that were open through the Summer right up till Lockdown , all going out their way to be Covid safe , all you have to do is look at the website of clubs in the SE to see they are planning to reopen on the 2nd - no Crystal ball needed and if they were fine to open just before lockdown then why not after , i had some lovely times at these places recently , chilling out , very safely so instead of you so called swingers slagging these places of and the clientele, try supporting these places or your negativity will drive these places to closure and then you will all moan like fuck " your messages imply that it has only been a problem up north |

You keep repeating yourself. Name 1 club that you have seen is reopening on the 2nd of Dec. Those that were open before lockdown 2 have said they are closing during this time and up until the 2nd. Name 1 that says it is reopening because I'm sure it will be a big boost to them knowing that they will defiantly be in tier 1 and can reopen for socials. For your information, it looks like much of the country is going into tier 2 at least so no hospitality venues to open |

i truly feel for the clubs in the North who have unfortunately found themselves in Tier 2 and 3 and hope things change asap for your future business but please dont vindicate the clubs who are fortunate enough to have been allowed to stay open |

"April 2021. Matt Hancock on the tellybox said life will return to what we are used to, by about Easter.
Here's hoping "
I've thought for a long time spring next year and we should be through it. Just need to get through the winter flu/cold and now covid season in one piece.
The first vaccinations could start as early as December. Obviously they'll start with the old and vulnerable first, and won't get to all of us for some time.. A year maybe? But, once you've vaccinated the 90,80 & 70 year olds, that's most of the at risk, safe. I know anyone can die from it, tragic though it is, it's not in very large numbers up to about 40 or 50. The numbers dying and filling ICU will plummet by the spring. And the need for lockdown will be massively reduced, if not gone I think. Fingers crossed. |

"When will people realise, what the government puts out as guidance is the absolute minimum we should be aiming for, it's our responsibility to stay safe, it's not about them infringing on our civil liberties, it's a method to reduce the risk of becoming infected, it's more about slowing the number of people hitting the hospitals all at once and dying because there is no space to get treatment, even if the clubs were allowed to open, we as grown ups should be clever enough to see, it's not the place to be atm, more than that I have neither the time or crayons to explain this too you...lol " well said. So you say you know at least 3 clubs opening on 2nd Dec , couldn't name at least 1 and then ridicule people for saying what nonsense you are talking about covid being rife up North but not in the South blah blah blah. Well unless you know of any club in Cornwall, Isle of Wight or the Isle of Scilly then unfortunately you are totally wrong. If you had read the news like you seem to say to people to read things properly, then of course you would have been aware of the impending tiers. Sadly, we have to wait until any areas move into tier 1 |

I read the tier thing today and it shows spas and massage parlours liesure centres and swimming pools can open even in tier 3.
Nothing about swingers clubs that offer the same facillities though.
More in keeping with this tread and the row going on is that from what i read the other week eureka was open pleasures was open va was open and silverliegh (although not billed as a swing club) were all open pre november. |

"Yes, if you mean December 2022, once the whole cursed disease is contained, people have have both jabs, and we have the time and the money to go the clubs.
Bottoms up!

Why would you compare a disease with a 99% survival rate with diseases that had around a 50% survival rate? |

The good thing is we learn things from these crises. In the 1918 flu, no-one knew it was caused by a virus. Medics and scientists will learn a lot from this experience and will be better prepared to respond to the next pandemic - politicians permitting. |

"It'll be summer or autumn at best before life is anything like pre covid.
The best you can hope for is clubs open for socials those that can. 2021 will be marginally better than this year but it'll take time to roll out any vaccinations and for them to take effect so the tier system will be here for months to come. I'd have thought folk would be more switched on by now. "
This is exactly as I see it too . The actual endgame hasn't even been hinted at yet but it's not going to be overnight. And that isn't considering the rest of the world and the mammoth task of innoculating the entire population. |

Yes that's correct. To some, just being in a kinky environment and a change from the norm is enough. So if the clubs can meet the criteria (not bend the criteria) and make money then good on them xx |

"I can't see Clubs opening till Summer Time at least... Soz for the pessimism but I'm being realistic"
I think what you mean is "I can't see Clubs opening without social distancing until Summer Time at least..."
At the minute any prediction has to be a guess as there is no criteria being given for when indoor gatherings of 50+ will be allowed. That being said I think summertime is a reasonable guess as Theatres, Music clubs, Conference venues etc will all be putting a lot of political pressure to allow such gatherings. |
