Will all clubs in Tier 3 now have to close ?
Is it true that all bars have to close unless they are selling sit-down meals ?
I don't know any club that does meals. |

Most clubs have been closed since March anyway!!!! Lol
There's only 2 clubs that opened for socials in the northwest and one of them closed again. The other is Decadence in Rochdale. If they go into tier 3 in that area, they will have to close |

I think Decadence have decided to close anyway, because of people not being able to travel from LCR or Lancs - they commented on another thread |

Oh well, there you go. No clubs are open in tier 3 areas. |

We have just been reading a couple of updates on profiles saying that the new gatehouse is open. It's very close to us ad we want to try our first club but with us being in tier 3 we not sure what the rules are. Has it got a bar? Track and trace. We haven't been to a club yet (we like the social side) so we are a bit naive |

Bolton is in Tier 3, so I'd be very surprised if they are open, especially as 2 households shouldn't be mixing indoors. I will say publicly, that if they are open, then it's piss poor |

Could not agree more and blatant disregard for safety etc not a good way to portray the swinging world |

"If you are in tier 3 shouldn't you be travelling only for work or childcare ? "
In tier 3 you shouldn’t be doing anything that isn’t essential and should certainly not be mixing with others from outside your household! |

Technically not in tier 3 till 00:01 Friday morning, so they can be open under tier 2 regulations until midnight tonight. If we're being technical. |

"If we're being technical, don't pubs have to shut at 10pm ?"
You are quite right, so they can be open under tier 2 till 10pm tonight then, but presumably should remain closed after that, unless they also serve "substantial meals"........ |

To be fair I've had a few nice plated meals in a few clubs. Although I would say that's stretching it for a club to solely stay open in tier 3 based on serving hot substantial home cooked meals. |

The gatehouse is open and are in constant contact with the council. They are now registered with the council to be able to supply food at the premises. All social distancing rules are met and in place.
Yes there’s is no swinging but it gives the opportunity for members of the transgender community somewhere to be able to be themselves and in a safe environment. It’s difficult for everyone at the moment and mental health issues is a big problem amongst the LGBTQ’ community. |

This is why the Gatehouse is able to stay open, by being in constant contact with Bolton Council.
Serving food, yes we do have tables set up to allow this.
This allows anyone from an alternative lifestyle to be able to dress in a safe place. They can socialise within the same household and the bubbles they have created (support bubbles).
Clubs need to survive and finding alternative ways is no different to what pubs are doing by matching up with takeaways in order to stay open.
G.A.Y is serving meals for 2 pounds in the village to be able to stay open. |

" mental health issues are not just exclusive to the LGBTQ community at this current time. |
