Club tour (when safe)

We are fairly new to the lifestyle and at the beginning of the year we had plans of doing a Uk tour of all the good clubs we also had tickets to swingfest but obviously covid has stopped all these and so many other plans. 
Anyway looking to the future hopefully we can do this next year or whenever is safe too so so.
Does anyone have any recommendations of must visit clubs? We managed a weekend at Xtasia and enjoyed that very much.
Please no negative Covid comments we are not looking to do this until it’s safe too and just trying to brighten the forum up too many negative posts or comments already on here.  |

If I was able to, in better times, I seriously would spend at least one night (or day) at every single club that there is.
You could put pins on a map and make a route and do it in sections if you couldn't just travel until you have completed your circuit.
It would be amazing. You could also blog about it!
It would be fantastic support for the clubs and the lifestyle and not everybody enjoys the same kind of clubs so you will see everything out there for yourselves. |

That’s what made us pick Xtasia the virtual tour club looked so good.

We love clubs, and it’s the only way we play. Eventually, when allowed we will be exploring more clubs around the uk.
So far our fav is Chams love the place! Also, love Townhouse, Atlantis and Clubsx. We really like events at Xtasia but dress down venues suit us better.
Still lots to explore, and you’ll have a brilliant time doing so. Blog is fun idea!

Yeh, a lovely local film crew who have filmed at the club before for their own work had some great ideas for the tour. We also have a shoot for a promo vid lined up but that was postponed too. Bloody covid!!!  |

About 15 years ago, I bought a DVD made by Lucky Buck Productions. They visited several clubs and filmed inside when the clubs were closed. Many of those clubs have been long gone but it was really what got me into swinging. A replacement DVD is way overdue! |

+1 recommendation for the Purple Mamba in Nottingham.
Smaller than a lot of other places but I think that adds to it appeal!
The whole club is really nicely decorated, diferent themes in the rooms upstairs.
Until March there was live music most weekends in the bar which is a little oasis.
Chris & Amanda who own the club have created an amazing place....try once and I'm sure you'll be back! |

To be honest and as hard as it is to say
Any club that is currently open, shouldn't be.
There is no excuse for putting themselves before the health of their cliemtelle.
They can dress it up however they wNt but its just wrong. |

Why make this comment? We are not talking about doing our tour now as it clearly states in my original post
This whole thread was meant to be looking to the future not the covid present. Saddens me that every post on here has to have covid involved, surely we can be allowed to look past it and to the future. Please people be positive for a bright tomorrow. Clubs need our support not constantly being kicked down. |

Why shouldn't they be open? If they can with measures in place (which those open clearly have) then so they should. |

We love clubs, so far we've been to around 30. Personally, I think that every club has its good and bad bits. Ultimately it's the people who make a good club night and the folk at a club vary from one night to the next.
When you finally get to visit clubs again, I'm sure you'll have fun.

We aren't saying otherwise but we all know that after the so called socially distanced meets at the clubs at present its straight off to the nearest hotel and it goes straight out of the window.
We miss the clubs too and really do hope that they are able to get through this.

I’m working on a map and a guide (from my point of view, and experiences).
There are some I’ve not been to, and I too would like to know the others.
There was one in Kent (I think?!) called pleasures?!? One day I’d like to go back (if it comes back) |

jaydees is a great club and they are happy for you to stay over in your campervans etc |
