Swinging vs naturist

So I had a lovely day chilling at a very respectful hotel / spa in Birmingham which markets itself as a naturist spa.

During the day I spoke to a few people and in particular a young lady, who suggested that apart from the spa we were at, no where in the UK offered this. In so much that you used the facilities, largely naked.

My thoughts were that presently there are a few clubs that do have the facilities, but can’t or won’t open as they are a swingers club. However, isn’t it possible that they could open as a spa for naturists and lock all private rooms?

Just a thought to regenerate income for them.

Wirral

Different operating licenses, insurances etc.

I’m pretty sure all clubs have looked into all options available to them. Nice idea though

near the sounds of the wimborne quarter jack!

Kestrels could have opened it`s pool and bar, BUT, apparently they would not have been able to open the changing rooms and the time allowed in the club would have been limited to 35 minutes ( info taken from the blog on their website)

Naturism and swinging are 2 different entities and the naturist community frown against the lifestyle , even if you look at Bristol gardens in Brighton which is more naturist , they have a small secluded area for swinging as this brings in the crowds. Clover spa is lush but vanilla so can take more risks with being open as nobody will try and play . Pm me if you want to know the spas currently open that provide a bit more than naturism

Unfortunately, British Naturism have a downer on swingers but realistically it isn't actually true swingers they should have a beef with.

Most true swingers respect those around them when in mixed company but the hangers on, that latch on to both swinging and naturism alike, who wouldn't know the rules and etiquette of swinging if they were slapped in the face with them, get labelled as swingers through the ignorance of the naturist community.

I do understand their annoyance as naturism is constantly sold as being non-sexual, which it is, and also sold as being for anyone and a cross-section of society, which it is, but they don't understand that as humans many of us are sexual beings too so there will always be an element of swingers in the Naturist community too.

As a proud member of both communities, I tend to keep my swinging to places where it is primarily swinging friendly and the only real crossover for myself is maybe in front of kiosk 4 in thr swingers section of the Maspalomas Naturist Beach.

On the whole, true naturists are non-judgmental and accepting of all usually but it doesn't mean that they get it right all the time sadly.
