Hi all,

Were looking to check out one of the local clubs and wondered how many couples just go for the social side and just play with one an other opposed to jumping in with both feet.

I've been to chams in Newport and you see plenty of couple just playing with eachover. Some couple only the male plays etc. If you went to chams, your have no hassle, people will just ask if your playing if you say no, they'll leave it

Theres no real answer to this, as it would depend how many couples/people were in the club on any particular night, what the atmosphere was like etc.

I have been in clubs where it has been almost totally a social event with lots of couple in, and the same club on another occasion with just a few couples in and everyone playing for what seemed like hours.

The best advice is go in with no expectations. Have a plan yes that you've both agreed upon and stick to it. Our plan was to get stuck in and once the inital nerves had settled down we did just that and had great fun.

To our minds you cannot have one without the other.

London

It varies, the best attitude to go any club with is that your not automatically expecting to play, but if you do great. Anything that happens is a bonus that way.

Because we like the social side so much this has the benifit of meaning we dont have to cancel if Mrs Party gets the painters round. Because we will still have a good night either way.
