The sauna style clubs are the only ones that tend to operate week day daytimes.

Chams in Darlaston is the busiest of these but even that can be slow except on weekends at the moment.

If you do go in the week, go knowing it will really be pot luck if you meet someone (Even more so than at peak times)

The nearest to you will be the ones in and around Manchester. Some do advertise to say they have day time parties so they may be busier then on other days. Personally, while i can vouch for several of an evening time, i can't comment on daytime clubs as i've never been during the day bar the occasional Sunday afternoon.

Adam and eves have day time parties, but as per other posts no guarantee how many will be in, Friday afternoon can be quite busy from 12.
