Somebody in chat stated recently they had 20 people watching them. How do you know how many people are watching you on cam? (If any lol)

On a pc ... in the room list, an eye appears in line with the chatters that are watching your cam. So a quick count up of the eyes, tells you how many in that room are watching your cam
