FLASH IS NOT WORKING AT ALL TODAY! Im on Chrome, the plugin refuses to play, Ive done the normal allow but it still wont play, help!

Not sure if flash itself is not working. Used a gambling site today it uses flash and its working fine. Still working in the chatrooms now. On chrome and internet explorer.

Flash is adobe flash. A bit of software used in the chatrooms on here. Nothing naughty about it i am afraid.
