Yes, but it only seems to work in Opera browser for me, Safari, Chrome and Firefox nada.

You can. Use Puffin browser on android, ios is safari. Firefox also works.

Cams can be used ok in Chrome on a Mac. You need to click on the padlock near the address bar and give Chrome permission to use Flash then reload the page. Feel free to PM if you need more info.

Can't comment on using on iPad/iPhone, never tried.

You can only broadcast via your phone with the puffin browser then access the site via the desktop site not the mobile one
